With so many 1-star reviews I am not sure how this location still appears to have a 3.8 rating. I don't typically complain about bad orders or meh customer service when it comes to fast-food but after my visit to this store, I thought it was worth sending some feedback. I was the second person in line but still waited a good amount of time before my order was taken. The staff did not seem to be in any rush to help. When ordering my bowl, I asked for sour cream and found the store ran out which okay I guess. But I do wish I knew prior to my order or I wouldn't have ordered at all. It's like going to Subway and finding they have no mayo. I did notice the takeout section had sour cream, but I felt if I asked the staff would continue to answer as unpleasantly as they already had been so I left it alone. I thought it would be a waste to leave the order though, and I didn't want to be "that person" so I went ahead and decided to pay for it anyway and grab some chips, which I found when ordering the store ran out of also. The store also ran out of lids which made it difficult to carry my unfinished meal back home. I added guac so the aluminum foil is hard to reuse as it rips apart when you remove it from your tray. I did have to toss the meal ultimately. At this point when handing the cashier a $20 I was told card or exact change only. I did have $13 so I paid and left without my change as well. While $0.74 is not a big deal, the store could have done a better job of letting customers know prior that there is no cash option, otherwise, it would be food wasted if customers can't properly pay at checkout and have to leave their meal. Lastly, on top of the store having quite a lot of missing inventory, it also seemed some of the staff was quite unhappy, disgruntled and not so pleasant. Any missing items were just answered with "no don't have that" and "No cash." While I don't expect sympathy or excessive courtesy, after thanking the cashier (for my sub-par meal) and being met with silence just topped the poor experience and waste of a meal. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have visited. Not sure if the store is without a manager or the staff is just unhappy, but it could deter any future visits and may be worth addressing. Read moreLet me start off by saying I’ve been a customer of this place for many many years. 90% of the time I order from here I get uncooked rice. I never really thought much of it except it is unpleasant to chew uncooked rice. My grandmother even told me not to eat uncooked rice because it is bad for you and I just dismissed her. Little did I know that uncooked rice is so bad for you! It causes food poisoning symptoms and destroys your digestive system.
Rice is so easy to make! Why can’t these people make properly cooked rice? They are putting their customers in danger by serving uncooked rice. I’ve complained multiple times and still the rice is uncooked. I will avoid this place from now on. On the off chance I do order I will order in person and try the rice before ordering. It is not worth ruining your health eating this just because they can’t cook the rice properly.
This is absolutely insane! If you are to eat here ask to try the rice first. Make sure it is cooked. Google “is it bad to eat uncooked rice” and educate yourself about the harm it does. Don’t take this uncooked rice BS from any store. Such incompetence!

The only thing consistent about this Chipotle are the: inconsistencies in portion sizes from one employee to another; always running out of food; bad reviews with the same related issues; and miserable employees who need re-training with customer service skills and quality delivery of food. The small portions are getting absolutely worse and ridiculous every time I come in. If it isn't scraping the bottom of the pan for the crumbs with the meat, it is scraping the bottom of the pans for something else! Came in at 715 on 3-30-23, the worker who started the bowls was extremely nice (the only one) and great with the portions, than she hands it over to the next worker and my god with the small amount of food she gave, you would think it came out of her own refrigerator! scraping the bottom for the corn and guacamole and absolutely NO SOUR CREAM!!! How can a Chipotle be out of sour cream? I don't care if it is 7:30 in the evening, you shouldn't be out of anything! The way this place is ran, I can't even imagine there is a manager onsite, if so, shame on you as well as the staff working this evening (except the first girl starting the bowl)! I am done...
