I have had a bad back since 1963. Our last mattress was just too firm and I awakened every morning aching, it took hours before I felt like a human. I went to 3 stores and the mall looking for a replacement that felt good and was within my budget. I found Steven at the East Hanover store to not be pushy and to be respectful to me. He allowed me enough time to try out all of the mattresses in the price range i set, he was NEVER pushy, unlike other salesmen in other stores. He was able to come in at the price point I set, which included the package of mattress protector and pillows and their protector, and a set of sheets. Delivery was at my convenience and was handled on time, actually ahead of time by a couple of hours, and the 3 men who came with the delivery were also very respectful and efficient. I had a great experience at mattress warehouse in east hanover earlier this week. I spoke with Susan on the phone and she invited me in. I needed a new mattress asap! I wake up every morning with pain in my lower back. Susan encouraged me to try their Bed Match. It measures your body and gives you suggestions for which mattress is best for you. I chose the Beauty Rest Black Hybrid. And it was a perfect match!! I couldn’t wait to get it home and get some sheets on it lol. I was able to get it delivered the next day, I was super excited!!
