I brought my TV in after it decided to start endlessly power cycling and regular fixes didn't work. I knew something was definitely wrong. I was looking for local repair places and saw that Eastern Video Service had good reviews. Well I'll tell you right now, these guys deserve a full five stars across the board. Frankie went above and beyond to really help me out. He got in contact with the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to get them to cover the cost of the repair, which otherwise would have been an insanely expensive repair bill, basically justifying buying a whole new TV at that point. This is THE best electronic repair store in the area. Frank makes sure you have a personalized experience throughout the process, his prices are better than best buy geek squad! I needed help with my LG 55" T because none of my remotes were working! Frank's shop is an LG authorized repair service, he was able to diagnose the problem and came up with 2 possible solutions. He brought them to my house and was able to fix the IR sensor in less than 15 minutes! He even gave me a free remote. Working with him was awesome....
