I heard about this company and thought it was only a food truck; I was pleasantly surprised to find a stand located in the science museum.This location we visited was inside the museum at the entrance located in the Mortenson Riverwalk Plaza. There is no fee to enter. The owners renovated a 1976 ice cream truck and brings it to events like weddings, corporate events, Anniversaries, etc. They have a fleet of vehicles that serves ice cream; some of these can be rented for events too, for example, a party trailer.

They offer cups, cones, and ice cream sandwiches called Chillwiches. I had the Cookie Monstah Chillwich; this was huge! Vanilla ice cream with cookie dough, chocolate drizzle, in between two large chocolate chunk cookies. It was amazing and I couldn't finish it because it was so large. A very relaxing place to enjoy the best ice cream you’ve ever had, so creamy wild so rich in flavor. A cozy setting in the corner to enjoy after a day at the center. The cookies are the best and ice cream sandwiches are exceptional and a very generous size. You can taste the quality and freshness in everything that is made there. Bought a dozen to bring to family function and they were the first thing gone on dessert table. Couldn’t rave about them enough. This is located inside Connecticut Science Center. We tried it and so far this is one of the best ice cream we had. We had cosmic blast, butter pecan, cookies and cream and all of them were so delicious! So creamy and you can really taste the flavor. So refreshing!The outdoor seating has an amazing view. This young female staff was excellent despite the fact that she was the only one we saw working, serving and running the cashier and there was quite a number of customers!
