I had to get a new gateway because my old one was bad and I went into the Mount Pleasant store. I was immediately greeted by three employees, a female and two males I believe the team leader’s name was Blaine. I would like to say how greatly I appreciate their help and I would like to have them commended for going above and beyond. They literally did the job of Customer Support in person and they did the job of technical support they had my gateway hooked up for me and ready for me and I am so grateful for everything they have done. They have helped me to get better quality out of my device. They’ve helped me to understand everything about all that they offer and how their perk system works and just different things they were the nicest people I have ever had to deal with. I have had a lot of bad experience with Internet dealers and phone companies but I absolutely 100% would trust anything that these people would tell me because they are truly good employees and genuinely just good people trying to help out as much as they can. Thank you so much T-Mobile you really got three of the best employees working right now today truly they should all be given a raise, and they should be commended. They should honestly get something awarded to them like employees of the month or store of the month. They did so much for me. I saw by her face she was dumbfounded so my last resort was do you have a phone case for my phone that will accept this connector. She rooted through one drawer and told me no. Read moreMy elderly mother traded in 2 phones for upgrades and ended up with multiple lines (6 to be exact) 6 LINES ON HER BILL! Her account also says she has multiple wearables she owes on, but she doesn't even know what a wearable is. They're claiming she also has multiple protection plans to pay on for those "6 devices"!
This can't simply be a mistake. After a phone call with TMobile they removed about $70 from her bill w/out a proper explanation as to what was "corrected".
She payed this extremely high bill for the past few months (Why? Because she's old I guess🤷🏻♂️) and they didn't reimburse her for that........or remove any of it from her account, meaning next month she'll get a $300+ bill again.
