I have been a at&t customer for over 30 years, through several phones over the years. While the phones and communication services have evolved and progressed over the years, my own technology skills have not increased at the same speed. I have had occasion to need some help with some tasks I had no experience with, videos not helpful. I went to my local mt pleasant store on 2 separate occasions and found the service to be exceptional. I was treated in a friendly, patient manner, not made to feel as incompetent as I felt myself to be when I walked in. A big shout out and kudos to Bailey, who was totally knowledgeable in terms of her skills with the product and her understanding of my explanation of what I was trying to do. She helped me without hesitation and without rushing me through, she actually explained and showed me how to replicate what she was doing, Bailey also showed me how to disable the repetitive junk ads and apps I didn't even install, which certainly will increase my enjoyment of use of my phone. While I appreciate the phone for what it is, there is nothing that will increase customer loyalty as much as polite, welcoming staff who possess the knowledge and skills to offer real customer service to help consumer meet objective that brings them into store. Read moreThe AT&T was great. Very knowlegable. Made adjustments and gave us great information. While they were checking my bill at the store. I noticed that AT&T has been double billing me on my insurance for 10 months. When I called in about it to AT&T, I was hung up on First by an unintelligent voice robot, then I called back and another 15 minutes with a robot to try to get through to someone. And then an hour and 15 minutes later after being Put on hold and forgotten. I finally got my answer that they would only reimburse me for three months. And that just pretty much told me that AT&T does not give a rats patootie about us. They double billed me for 10 months pocketed that money and refused to give back anything but three months worth. Read moreI came into the store at 10 AM because I had accidentally performed a full factory reset on my phone. I did this as a precaution to ensure my phone wasn’t hacked after it was stolen at an event I attended. Fortunately, someone returned it to the venue staff, who already had my contact information and were able to get it back to me. However, after the reset, I was locked out and unable to sign in for two days.
Abdias and Devin at the Brentwood AT&T store were incredibly helpful in assisting me with recovering my account. I spent 2.5 hours in the store, and their patience, dedication, and time spent working with the fraud department were truly commendable. I am beyond grateful for their assistance.
