Honestly, trying to communicate with them has been the worst experience. My daughters recently started here. I was super excited. They were super excited. Recently my daughter got hurt, I tried calling when a numerous amount of times, I mean so many times to get in contact with Management just to see if there was anything they could do because she could no longer attend classes after getting hurt. I called from Monday through Friday I swear like 50 times total and not once did they pick up the phone. The following Monday I also called and nothing. Tuesday after Work I had to rush down to speak to someone, before walking in I attempted to call again seeing there were two ladies at the desk & nothing. When I brought it to there attention there is no type of empathy and or excuse as of why no one picked up the phone. The following day, I got a voicemail from the manager stating she tried to call me the previous Wednesday, which was false I checked for any missed calls and voicemails, and I never had received one prior to that one. I tried to return her call and nothing. It is now Friday and I still haven’t got a hold of them. I mean, not one time. I rushed after work because it says on the website they close at 7:30. I got here at 7:15 cutting it close but I thought I still had a couple minutes. They were already locked up. Love this place!!! My grandson has particpated in many Kids Fun Nights and School Vacation Camps and he loves them both. Kids Fun Night provides the kids with a lot of physical activity, a pizza party, movie night, hide and seek and an incredible DJ who plays music and MC's the hide and seek event. The kids are truly in their element with Kids Fun Night. This is an incredible experience like no other for the kids and a wonderful opportunity for adults to take advantage of some well deserved time out. Camp is a bit more structured than Kids night and my grandson loves it as well. There is a lot of jumping and runing and climbing. The staff are friendly and engaged. If you’re thinking about having a birthday party here, book it already! The staff is wonderful and so helpful. They take care of everything- pizza, cake, your choice of tablecloth color and even multiple colors of candles to make your birthday kid smile! Inflatable bounce house, kids being able to run around the gym and jump in the foam pit, it was truly a joy to be there. I can’t recommend them enough!
