I went in with the intention of buying CBD gummies for sleep and for daily. The man who was there immediately jumped at me wanted to know everything I needed them for but wouldn't let me explain anything. Told me I needed a water soluble tincture and refused to sell me anything else. Gummies were $15 and this tincture was $120. I said I just wanted the gummies and he again refused stating I won't sell you something that won't work. I said I didn't want thc he said I needed it. Said oh yea you need a little bit. Super pushy and arrogant. I walked out. Didn't buy anything and NEVER WILL. **Upon writing this review the owner reached out and apologized and offered to remedy the situation and spent a lengthy amount of time explaining his products and the science behind them and made sure I was well versed in what I was recieving and went above and beyond to assure me that while yes it was unfortunate that this happened this was NOT what his company is about and definitely not how customers are treated. He worked with the employee (whom was very disappointed himself about how things happened) and using this incident as training experience and will strive to provide a more understanding and comfortable experience for customers. Let me start by saying that I have been very curious about this whole CBD thing but a little skeptical and certainly cautious. I finally decided to try this place. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes before I had the courage to go in. After all I had no idea what to do or ask for. Your CBD Store is AMAZING! I met Denny during my first visit. He was very patient with me being a newbie! He made some suggestions for pain after rotator cuff surgery and trouble sleeping. I purchased a few different products, and they all work! I have an elderly sister who has severe back and hip pain. I called today and spoke with Clay, the owner, to see if they have anything that would work for her. Clay is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful!
