In response to your reply - please share the customer service team's contact information to show that you are sincere about rectifying this situation. I already spoke to the manager and that situations was beyond weird and uncomfortable and he offered no solution other than I would have to come back into the store a couple times to address this issue. I asked for the district managers number and was denied that information - that is poor customer service.

Scammers and Shady Business at the Niantic CT Verizon Store Employee had me pay a portion in cash - yet to be told by a store manager, after the fact, that they don't accept cash. So the employee pocketed the cash. Also, I was told my bill would increase by $6 a month, yet after the fact, to be told by the manager, it is actually $12 a month. Was also not given a receipt with an excuse of it takes 3 days. Not to mention the odd and uncomfortable experience when reviewing this situation with the manager. Store video surveillance would show that it was like I was on some punk'd tv show... it was so unbelievably strange, so extremely uncomfortable, and sooo shady.
