Well news flash, my dog is there to assist with keeping me alive. She is not an emotional support but an actual service dog. Ruth and JJ are awesome. January 14, 2024 How do you operate an arcade/casino and run out of money? Closed due to running out of money. Empty the machines once in a while or leave the staff with enough money to stay open 24 hours. Otherwise don't falsely advertise and say you're open 24 hours when you aren't due to no money. Can only imagine if places in Vegas closed due to not having any money but will reopen at 8 am. What a joke of a business. Went there at 8 am and door was locked. At 8:20 am Rang the bell, hollered and was hollered at with a snippy tone we don't open till 8 am, my response was well someone needs to learn how to tell time since its almost 8:30 am.

Feb. 7th, 2024 Couldn't sleep so decided to go and play a bit. Got there, can see people inside playing, rang the bell over and over and over again for probably 10 minutes and no one buzzed me in. I called and no answer. I called again and after having the phone ring for what seemed like three minutes someone finally answered. At that point I was completely disgusted and just hung up. That was the last chance this place will ever get and it is now gone.

Good luck doing business like that, you won't last long.

March 15th, 2024 All I can say is wow. So even though there were a couple of frustrating situations that I posted a review over I wouldn't have thought that warrants having the police called if I am in that establishment again. In which I have been on a few occasions after posting the original reviews without any issues. My husband would go on a regular basis usually late at night. The night of March 14th my husband was there and had a great time. Then the next night we are told we are banned and police would be called. Besides the reviews that were posted months ago we have done nothing wrong to warrant being banned and having police called. What are police gonna do write a ticket for bad reviews? My favorite place to stop and play and win! I have been going there for years and they have added a ton of new machines (a ton of my favorite Firelinks) and recently new carpeting. They offer you free food and drinks while you play and they are now open 24/7! The manager Gwen works hard to keep this place the best in Naples.
