We recently had a Murphy bed installed by Al and Alex V. from More Space Place, and we could not be more thrilled with the entire experience! From start to finish, they were the most professional, courteous, and punctual installation crew we’ve ever had in our home.

Al and Alex V were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through every single detail of the Murphy bed’s use and care, ensuring we felt 100% confident and comfortable. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they left our home spotless — not a trace of dust or packaging left behind. The finished product looks incredible, like it’s always been part of the room.

We also want to give a big thank you to Kevin at the store, who made the design process a breeze. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and never rushed us. After searching for over a year for the right Murphy bed solution, we are so happy we chose More Space Place. The bed they delivered is not only beautiful and functional, but it will also add value to our home in the long run.

From my first phone call to inquire about a Murphy bed unit, to the "congratulations on your gorgeous finished product" final phone call..this was the most easiest, worry free and amazing experience I have ever had! Especially doing everything over the phone! Kim is so polite, friendly, helpful and honest and Kevin explains everything in depth, and answers every question and has no problem designing exactly what you need! My drawings and changes were all emailed the same day. My multiple phone calls were all met with friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable answers every time!!! The entire team is respectful and the installers were outstanding and precise and beyond helpful! It was such a relief to trust this company and all involved with our project, especially after being disappointed with others in the area! I had a fantastic experience with More Space Place. After doing a ton of research online with various companies I found that MSP had the perfect Murphy Bed for me. All of our correspondences were done by phone since I Was in NY at the time and wanted a Murphy Bed for my forever home in FL. I ordered the style that I want from a wonderful MSP representative, Linda, just from seeing it on their website, while my home was being built. I really went into this project completely blind, From ordering something I could not measure nor see it in-person, and just by going off of the dimensions of a floor plan I jumped in. With Linda as the rep I was completely confident. Now INSTALL... It was installed as a custom build from two absolutely talented, friendly and professional young men, Anthony and Kyle. I am extremely satisfied with my Murphy Bed from soup to nuts! Thank you Linda, Anthony and Kyle for making this big purchase and commitment, (it is installed into the beams in the walls), stress free and even a pleasant experience!
