Sunny Lux Nails — Local services in East Naples

Eric has been doing my nails for about 6 months. While I openly admit I can be particular about my nails (I’ve learned to speak up at the salon vs. leaving with nails I’m unhappy with) , I always leave the salon loving my manicures by Eric. This morning I got a basic pedicure (no nail polish) and acrylic fill with chrome finish. I did kindly ask him to re-shape about 3 nails BEFORE any polish was added. He finished my manicure and I noticed one nail was completely crooked so he quick filed the chrome off and fixed it, it looked great. I tipped him on Venmo and was ready to leave.

Once he received my tip, IN FRONT of other customers and one of the owners, Eric informed me I should see another nail tech there because “I don’t have the patience for you, it’s every time”. I was completely shocked by this, considering I’m never late, never unkind and my requests are normal and reasonable. I explained to him A. His comment wasn’t nice and B. I’m paying for a service, OF COURSE I want to leave there happy with the results because I’m the one looking at my nails for weeks. I want my nails to look like they’re related - not distant cousins.

Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. Regardless, poor manners and unprofessionalism aren’t a good...

Clean. Nice atmosphere. People were attentive. Manicure and pedicure turned out pretty. She didn't lotion my hands though. Just offered it to me to use. ????? Price was reasonable. My first visit, so we'll see how long it lasts. Did offer a nice multiple visit discount. I will go back if it stays good for awhile. I am adding to this review. I went back to Sunny's and after going to some other places I realized that I should have stuck with Sunny's. With just my 2nd visit they knew my name. I felt like Norm 😊. This is the best salon. Everything in the previous review was still all good. Sunny even gave me a discount for the lack of lotion the last time. She really did want to make things right for me. I found Kiwi Spa through Google and decided to give it a try. I came in without an appointment two hours before they had to close. There was a young man who greeted me with a smile and was able to fit me in on their schedule. I waited about 10 mins before I was seated. Lynda was my nail technician I was appointed too and I’m super blessed to have found her! Her bubbly personality, her detailed work and compassion has won me over. I absolutely love the work she did on my nails, the nail art was perfect and I’ve never received that type of detail and perfection like I did with her! I’ve been showing off my nails to everyone and people have been in awe with the beautiful fall decorations presented on my nails.
