First met the owner around covid time. Brought my home and wanted to support local rather than the big companies. The owner is a decent man but when I contracted him this year a lot changed. Maybe because of the higher demand in business or just because my second job was not as big as the first. But he definitely didn't treat me with the same courtesy as before. The windows are not high quality as many of the other reviews state but in his defense "you get what you pay for". The bottom line is something simple that can be rectified, he made every attempt to not take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this company. Although the owner is responsive, the windows are of poor quality. We bought about 20 windows 3-4 years ago, and now my home is freezing. The windows are cheap and allow drafts to come through. The screens are already torn, and one of them has even fallen off. Mosquitoes and flies easily get in through the gaps.
