Magic Price Party Rental — Local services in East Orange

Scheduled the larger of the dry slides available for my son’s 9th birthday party. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Scheduling: easy, quick and convenient

Pricing: i searched all over and this was the most reasonably priced option in the area

Delivery: seamless. the gentleman who was delivering it called the day before and asked if it would be okay to deliver the night before as my home was far off of the delivery route for the following day. he arrived within the time frame he said he would. we got an extra day of fun- free of charge. respect.

Set Up: easy- he did everything. he helped us find the best place that was the safest as our yard is a bit slanted. he explained everything and was incredibly kind.

Party time: this was the highlight of the party!!!

Unhelpful sarcastic customer support. They seemed humored by my concerns of liability and hazardous conditions due to a leaking roof of a bouncy house. They claimed I should have “obviously” known that there is always an emergency exit designed in the roof that would “obviously” leak due to rain. When I requested refund or another date - they were silent. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you want a headache and crooked salesmanship this is the place to go. ——————— You’re missing the whole point that you failed to inform us that the emergency exit leaks a tremendous amount of water. Do you like the potential of being held liable and sued if someone would to get hurt? We couldn’t use the bouncy house at all because of the waterfalls. My three year old daughter had the most fabulous birthday party thanks to Magic Jump Rentals! Customer service from the ordering process to delivery, setup and retrieval were top-notch! Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and kind. They explained how insurance worked and put my mind at ease about all the requirements for having a bounce house in a Burbank park. They made the process fast, were on-time for delivery/pick-up and very affordable! The unicorn bounce house was a hit with all the kids and was the perfect theme for my daughter's party.
