Caribbean Queen Cuisine — Restaurant in East Orange

The other day I tried, Caribbean Queen Cuisine, for lunch. It was absolutely delicious! I had ordered their Large Oxtail Dinner w/ Collard Greens & Rice and Peas. I asked for more veggies than rice and the lady who took my order happily obliged. I was honestly really surprised by how good their oxtails were. They were extremely tender, had great flavor, and they give you a really decent portion size. I regrettably also added some Mac n Cheese to go with my order. Their Mac n Cheese is 🔥 Typically when you get Mac from a Caribbean place it’s literally just Cheese and Noodles baked together. It’s called Macaroni Pie. Caribbean Queen Cuisine, makes some pretty dang decent Mac n Cheese! It’s creamy and the noodles have a great texture. The lady who took my order was extremely attentive and was really nice and friendly. I have tried their Stew Chicken Dinner as well and their Beef Patties too. All were delicious!
