The laundry machines have a smell to them. The laundry machines also have residual soap left in all of them. The have a sign that states to use less detergent than you usually should due to some kind of special machine it is and it shouldn't need a normal amount of soap. This is what they claim, however the wash and rinse cycle is less than 20 minutes per load. I believe that the short cycles are what causes residual soap. I washed my clothes for 3 cycles each in order to have the soap truly rinsed off. The dryer's are amazing, one cycle is 15 minutes but it truly does dry most loads in 15 minutes. The time I lost in washes I gained back in the drying cycle. I do like that you can buy a wash card instead of having to have cash. You can use cash to buy a wash card or a credit card to buy a wash card. Some of the workers are friendly others are not, depends on who is working that day. The card readers on the machine don't always work, you have to try multiple times before you get it to work. This laundromat has very limited parking. It is located next to apartment complexes so it is very busy on the weekends, not sure on the week days. Overall not the worst place and not the best place to go to. Definitely not the 4 star rating that it has. I gave it 2 stars and I felt I was being generous since they let you use a credit card to wash...

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I seriously regret ever stepping foot in this laundromat. This was my first time here and it will DEFINITELY be my last. One of the machines ate my coins which was annoying, but that is not the main issue. So I went to the counter to ask for help. The main issue is that the older woman at the counter was flat-out RUDE, downright nasty attitude, demeanor, and character. Instead of helping, she gave me attitude, scolded me like a child, and acted like I was an inconvenience. That’s your JOB to assist customers, not humiliate them. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was actually helpful and resolved the issue. She explained the machines only take either coins or card (not both) and refunded me as a one-time courtesy. So clearly the situation could be fixed. Bottom line: that woman should NOT be working in customer service. Her nasty attitude ruined my entire experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This place doesn’t deserve your money.

¡¡¡VAYAN A CUALQUIER OTRO LADO!!! Me arrepiento seriamente de haber puesto un pie en esta lavandería. Era mi primera vez aquí y definitivamente será la ÚLTIMA. Una de las máquinas se tragó mis monedas, lo cual fue molesto, pero ese ni siquiera fue el mayor problema. Así que fui al mostrador a pedir ayuda. El verdadero problema fue que la señora mayor que atiende ahí fue ABSOLUTAMENTE GROSERA. Su actitud, su forma de hablar y su carácter fueron simplemente desagradables. En vez de ayudarme, me respondió con una pésima actitud, me regañó como si fuera una niña y actuó como si yo le estuviera estorbando. Su TRABAJO es ayudar a los clientes, no humillarlos. Cuando pedí hablar con la manager, ella sí fue amable y resolvió el problema. Me explicó que las máquinas solo aceptan monedas o tarjeta (no ambas) y me devolvió el dinero como una cortesía única. O sea, ¡sí se podía resolver! En resumen: esa señora NO debería estar trabajando en atención al cliente. Su pésima actitud arruinó por completo mi experiencia. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I experienced horrible customer service from the old lady that works at the laundromat, the payment process was a bit confusing and will steal your money if you try to split the payment in card and cash. Instead of that old lady being rude and displaying bad customer service she should help clean up around the place it was also not the most sanitary place when I visited, definitely won’t be coming back as I was just confused on the overcharged payment on my card and the lady made me feel horrible.
