Taco Bell — Restaurant in East Palo Alto

If I cold give it no star(s) to show how much I hate this place, I would. First attempt to order from this location, especially, when it offers Pizza Hut. I read off the menu and placed an order for the #1 Supreme Pizza. The guy who took my order, repeats my order and I said, no, it's incorrect. It's not the #1 Supreme Taco Combo. It's the #1 Supreme Pizza. I can totally see where he can make that mistake. However, dude didn't hear what I have to say and just agreed with me to move the line. When I drove up, he didn't acknowledged me - no hello, nothing. Afterwards, I handed him my card and he looked at me all pissed off. He swiped and gave me the wrong order. I refused to take the order and told him that it was incorrect. He didn't know his combo menus and still asked what I was talking about. He took the bad and went away for a while. He didn't apologize, he was just rude. He finally came back with the Supreme pizza and bread. When I got back to the office, which is only a mile or less, I end of tossing the pizza and bread because they tasted old, pasty, stale and hard. I suggest never coming here if you would like something edible. Today, my colleague came for a bean burrito and tacos and we're told that we cannot make multiple orders thru the drive thru window and we much go in to make more than one order. This just confirmed all the bad feelings that I have of this place. I don't hate places, b/c hate is such a strong word. BUT this place, brings the hatred out of me. NEVER, my colleagues and I, WILL NEVER come back to this place and you...

Wow, went hereto this location and ordered a #6, requested the chalupas flat bread get cooked longer (extra crispy) to make it firm and toasted 😋.... they responded "ok no problem". I get to the window and pay and they hand me my food. Before I even open the bag I asked "it's extra crispy and toasted correct?" Again the woman confirmed they toasted as requested.

Maaan , I look at the chalupa, and it's squishy!.... soft like a normal Typical chalupa taco bell tries to serve.

I informed them that the Chalupa is not extra toasted and it is still soft and squishy. The lady grabbed the food and a different woman came.

The different woman started explaining that the fryer is on a timer. Which I already know. Every single taco bell i've ever went to knows how to make the chalupa's extra toasted or fried, whatever you wanna call it. She could tend to say it's going to still be soft and squishy if they refried it longer. LIES!! I said if you don't wanna make it extra crispy, You can just refund my money.....and that she Did! Instead of doing basic customer service and fixing the issue.

Thank you to the lady, I know you know who you are once you read this. I give the east paliato taco bell two thumbs down!... But also thankful because I went to a different taco bell close by And they did it perfectly without...

Went to go pick up an order that was indicated to be ready. I ordered a taco variety box on Instacart via uber eats. When I got to the speaker for the drive thru the worker had said he didn’t have a mobile order. When I arrived, I saw the taco party pack behind him with the uber receipt—I couldn’t read the name. I showed him the order and address for the order and notification that it was ready. I pointed to the box; he said no. As I’m there at the drive thru window, he proceeds to take another order. As I had to wait in the drive thru line and still more at the drive thru window—I tell him that I have to leave for work. I’m trying to tell him again my pointing to the taco box behind him —he then begins to laugh and looks at another coworker. He says if I can pull over to the parking lot—I tell him no, that the order is indicated to be ready (and has been for some time now). I have never received service like this. I did not leave with my order unfortunately. Very dissatisfied to...
