I just ordered from these guys and mind you i’m a regular customer. I always tip well, always over 5$ on a 1.4 drive if I don’t pick up myself and it’s usually the same delivery guy when I do. Today he called and I simply gave him 3.57 as a tip and just simply forgot the 3 extra dollars when I went down to my apartments front door. Seemed fine and everything but then I get a snarky remark from this delivery driver, with a sarcastic “thanks for the tip” i started walking away but open the door and yelled I really didn’t need the attitude especially today. Then once I got inside I realized they forgot my Blue Cheese for the buffalo wings I ordered and the guy on the phone put me on hold and said It’s going to be atleast 20 minutes... Great I literally can see my order on my email says specifically side of Blue cheese and by 20 minutes my wings will be cold.... Seriously even on pick ups I tip and I realize I forgot the extra 3 dollars for you long hair fellow but you really needed to make me feel awful because you didn’t get your way. It’s really unfortunate but that’s not the way you should treat customers and i’m sad but I will no longer be ordering take out or delivery from them again until their employees, especially the delivery with long hair realizes attitude like that and making someone feel that terrible because you didn’t feel your tip was ok isn’t how you greet someone who might already be having a bad day and not feeling well and this food was suppose to help and not make me feel worse. Maybe if he came back and apologized and brought me the blue cheese he ordered I’ll be happy to reconcile the fact I wasnt to give him 3 extra dollars with my online tip. Just didn’t deserve that attitude today I’m sorry I screwed up but regardless realize you shouldn’t make your customers feel bad as they to may be having a bad day and don’t need a snarky comment like that to make them worse because they literally forgot the extra dollars to tip as well as they usually...

Felt sick after eating not even half the sandwhich. Was not offered a replacement or refund. Even though the driver was coming back with fries that evidently wasn't heard when I ordered. Called back next day to speak with owner and the manager Josh is very rude and not accommodating. Wants to prove you wrong or put blame on the customer. Pizza was nasty too. Food is not consistent quality. Owners are suddenly MIA. I will get my money back! 💰 and I will never order there again. Being treated like that left a bad taste in my mouth never mind the food.
