Onna W. Moniz-John Park — Attraction in East Providence

This is such a nice Park. Great basketball courts and awesome skatepark. Nice walking path. Smaller playground and another playground for bigger kids. But, unfortunately there are scumbag kids that like to hangout here and smoke bud 20 feet away from my 4 year old son. And of course they tagged the playground up. This has nothing to do with the skatepark or the basketball courts the kids we see have no reason to be there other than to sit under the gazebo and ruin the experience for everyone else.
