The Designery Rossville — Local services in East Ridge

We recently just finished building our dream house. We could not be more ecstatic about how everything has turned out! A special thanks to The Designery. I cannot give enough praise to all of the team involved throughout their different locations. Everyone from our designer, to the install teams, to the owners, stayed in communication with us and helped guide us through the process. The pictures below are only a few of the projects throughout the house. I was so excited to get my dream kitchen, completed with our own coffee bar! They handled all of our cabinets & countertops, throughout (including kitchen, master bath, guest bath, powder room, fireplace, coffee bar, pantry, & office & fireplace built-ins) backsplashes, tile work with our "one-of-a-kind" shower, the whole house flooring, & even our golden doodle's very own dog shower! The folks at A1 are wonderful to work with. We had some hiccups along our journey with some staff turnover but Craig stepped in and constantly communicated with us to make sure everything is not only right, but that we still like it after installation and use.

They did their very best to help us get our design right, which was no small feat. Andrew and Danny did an amazing job with installation. Elijah is the best at making the tweaks and adjustments needed. He makes sure everything is done perfectly. They are also very honest when supply chain issues come up and find creative solutions to find the product we want in other places or offer other solutions.

Everyone in every location I have worked with have been absolute gems. I will continue to do business with them as we invest in other properties. if they can get everything done perfectly in our personal home, they will continue to work great with other properties.

November the 13th started out like any normal day however it would end in complete shock. My husband rushed up the stairs from the basement to inform me we had an unknown leak. Every homeowner's worst nightmare. Happy Friday the 13th. Fast forward a few weeks later and we find ourselves with a completely wrecked kitchen and no idea how to get back to life as we knew it. Que Dustin with A-1 and he has held our hand through the entire experience. I have only changed my mind about half a dozen times and had him come out and re-measure about three. So after changing designs, changing styles and even colors on him he kept steady with his patience and never wavered and helped us feel confident in our decision.
