We had a larger group. Four adults, two kids, one baby, and a formal attire special Sweetheart Dance couple.
Easily obtained two tables seating four with benches and chairs as well as a single two seat table all together.
Orders for both groups arriving separately were taken promptly and delivered to our tables promptly and CORRECT in every instance, even supplying additional condiments, which though not requested at ordering, were mostly used.
When our food trays were delivered, I had said I would've come to the front counter to get it as they were busy in the drive through as well as inside on a rainy evening. Instead, the young man thanked me and cheerfully explained that this is routine table delivery service for orders. He asked if all was correct and if we had any other needs.
The dining room had plenty of seating and a variety of choices. Streamlined does not just apply to their ability to run a drive through or pack orders for inside dining or to go; the dining room is streamlined too. It isn't crowded or noisy. It has elbow room and ability to seat single or couple diners as well as large groups comfortably.
Despite the busy atmosphere that evening, ALL staff/crew were pleasant, smiling, and helpful.
Although we have gone through Chick-fil-A drive throughs many times in various locations, this was our first inside dining experience and our first visit to this particular location. It was equally as impressive as always as I have thought highly of the CFA food from their menu for many years . Service was as impeccable as the food.
The restaurant was clean and tidy from the dining room to the restrooms as well as the visible kitchen and front counter. Trash bins were emptied promptly before full or overflowing. As we entered, a nearby employee graciously held the door for us (daughter was formally dressed & it was raining) as well as another assisted us with the doors as we exited. Not many young folks nowadays hold the door for anyone anymore, and two of these employees randomly did without hesitation. The environment was not loud but easily allowed conversation across the table lengths. The cost was expensive for "fast food", but no more so than any other restaurant in this economy. Yet the value and quality is so much better than that of McDonald's etc, as is their ability to get the order correct the first time. Chick-fil-A has much less of a "fast food" feel to it than a dining room feel. What appears to be a glass melded coke bottle light fixture over the bar is pretty cool-looking too ! GREAT CREW !! Read moreI just wasn't impressed with Chick-fil-A this time & this is only my 3rd time eating there. And, I'm 48. I vowed to never eat from there again, yet didn't have much of a choice with the situation if I wanted to eat at the time. So, figured since the stunt they pulled last year, supporting such idiocy. I could only pray since I was going against where I vowed not to spend my $$$ that it would be worth it. It was not. The employees weren't very friendly, btw we went through the drive thru. The young lady that took our order was nice but not very helpful. We honestly didn't know what we wanted as we don't go there. I'm sure, for many. Thats a shocker to even think there are people that don't eat at places like that or drink Starbucks but my family and I are some of those kind of ppl. We would rather make our own and not support big name places. Anyway, the young lady seemed to be rushing us. Mind you, we didn't have 1 car behind or beside us. So it wasn't as if things had to be hurried along. When we got to the next person. It was a young man. That handed us our receipt. I found that odd lol we got to the window. Got our food. Told the young lady what sauces we wanted. Went to pull off. Absolutely no sauces or napkins. So, we had to park & go in. Not that big of a deal. Since it is literally right next to the interstate yet still it was an inconvenience. So while the food wasn't terrible, or even bad. It just helped keep that freshly set mind frame...
Read moreI have been here twice, about three months apart. Both times,we found hair in our food and both times the chicken soup was not comparable to the other Chic-fil-a restaurants we have eaten at. The first time was take out and after we got to the park,we found that no spoon was included for the soup.My daughter found a hair in her Chicken Sandwich. We complained and did not even get an apology! This time,we went in and I found a hair in my chicken nuggets and again,my daughter's soup was not up to par. Even though the store has been open several months, the staff are very slow and do not seem to know what they are doing. There are no bars set up to guide people as to where the ordering line starts or stops, such as other Chic-fil-a restaurants have. I also waited 20 minutes to get a refill of my drink, which I never had to do at another Chic-fil-a! No one asks if everything is ok or comes to check on you. They play blaring rock music, instead of the soft Christian music most stores play. This time, when I made a complaint, the manager did text me and offer me a free order of nuggets and a free soup for my daughter. I may get the nuggets one day,bit my 16 year old daughter, says she wants nothing to do with...
