Let me just start by saying I love their products.....recently I purchased a pair of Sandals and I ordered the wrong size. FOR over a month I have been I. Touch with a woman’s by the name of Brittany Sales who has responded within seconds each time. She has went above and beyond as I mistakenly sent the wrong item back. She contacted me immediately always with a shout ion . I am not usually this awful at placing an order but it happened. I have to say I have NEVER recieved such quality customer service and things like this almost always go unrecognized. I hope this is seen by someone at her company because reps like this keep clients for a lifetime. I will def be ordering a lot more....
