At first I was excited because they had a hard to find material in stock. We asked for the panels to be cut prior to pick up. Shame on me for not inspecting the material before leaving but when we got it to the job site an hour away we found that the cuts were very jagged and that clearly they had backed the saw off multiple times on each pass (mind you we're talking 1/4" material). Then we come to find that there was more than a 1/4" variance from one end to the next. I took the material back to exchange it and the guy refused ( he did refund the bad cuts). Then the guy lied to me and said he cut it himself yet when I pick it up a younger guy said he cut it. I've been doing jobs for 20 years and my father's, who was helping on this job, had been a furniture builder for 45 years and never dealt with this poor a service from a lumber yard, a box store yes, but we go to private places for the service....

ZERO stars would be better. I would NEVER purchase anything from this place! The owner is quite honestly the most violent neighbor I've ever had. He literally just punched my husband in the face after coming into OUR yard & yelling at my husband directly in his face. Then he threatened my husband futher by announcing that he has a gun!! He even pointed it out for my husband! Please share this information with everyone you know. This type of person should NOT be supported ever! I know that I'll be posting this...
