Iām a little over an hour away from his store in East Troy. Iāll often check the store's facebook page to see what farmers market he is at. When we have an open day and want to do something different⦠We will take a quick joy ride to the store. We will pick out what we want, chat with him for a little/long while, then stop for a drink or a bite to eat in the area before heading back home.
We have left there with: Maitake, Lionās Mane, Oyster mushrooms (Blue, Yellow, Pink, Black), Black Pearl King, Coral Tooth, Chestnut, Pioppino⦠est. All fresh⦠never had an issue.
I just tried the Mushroom Jerky! Itās tasty and opens your eyes to what you can do with these mushrooms.
We have purchased multiple grow bags to which have always grown with no issues.
My girlfriend and I met Matt at a few different farmers markets. He seems like such a genuine and knowledgeable person who loves his craft. I always leave the conversation with an appreciation for Matt. His products got us pretty excited about the unlimited cooking possibilities. It really set us on an enjoyable path experimenting and cooking many different mushroomy meals together. So for that I thank you Matt!

I'll definitely be calling him next time we...
