Read moreGood: great variety in almost every department fresh food section: chapati, paratha, dhokla, collection of samosas, potato vada, dal vada etc.
No so good: vegetables are not fresh during the weekend. Most likely they get fresh stock Monday/ Thursday. Have seen them restock veggies that are not in great condition and handpick remove the spoiled ones. certain green leafy veggies are consistently wilted certain fruits are consistently in worst/ non-edible condition: small bananas, jackfruit, pomegrenate, indian mangoes (hit or miss depending on the season and the lot). Upon calling, I was told they do not replace or refund any damaged items
Do not go as soon as the store opens as they spend a good 1-2h just restocking items and it is a mess with barely enough space to walk around. While I usually shop here, I would recommend going to nearby Patel brothers for the above items that are not in...
Read moreGood morning All. I took a nasty fall yesterday in the Indian store Patidar around 10:30 AM on August 3rd 2023 They were mopping the floor and it was wet. They had no sign to say stay away or wet floor where. I was. I stepped on the wet floor and fell badly hurting my right knee. I sat there for over 10 minutes before I was helped up by my husband who was shopping in another section of the store. I asked for the manager who showed up another 15 or 20 minutes later. I explained that fell and hurt myself badly. He said that hey mop every morning. He did not seem to care that I just hurt myself badly. And he showed no remorse. He said that he has insurance and that I can go to the police or do whatever I want to do. Me and my family have been loyal customers for over 20 years . That was not the way to be treated from one person to another. I will not be shopping...
