Go here and no where else! Everyone that works here are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about all aspects of pets. I have 2 dogs, one of which is incredibly picky when it comes to food and treats. Not to mention has some digestion issues. Every question is answered with a slew of helpful information, answers and choices they have available right there in the store. Or references to reliable and trustworthy resources. I trust what they say and what they sell. The brands they carry offer great rewards programs and their prices are competitive to the bigger stores and even Chewy. This is one of the most comprehensive pet supply stores I have ever been to. They are so knowledgeable about pet nutrition. There is an entire room devoted to fresh, natural food that is so much healthier for pets than what is available in most stores. The nutritionist (yes, they have one) made recommendations based on our dog's breed, age, gender and body type. In addition to our purchase, she gave us a complimentary sample of another brand our dog might enjoy. She made recommendations for new dog bedding (he tore his previous bed apart), and offered to fit him for a new harness that will fit him more comfortably. I just came from Pawsitively Purrfect Pet Care and I can say they lived up to their name. I needed new dog food for my Pit and from the moment I called, to entering and leaving they gave excellent customer service. Five stars! Their selection of pet products was abundant. Their friendly tone and demeanor was comforting. As a black women unfortunately my experiences have been where I am not seen, or heard, costumer service is obsolete, mediocre at best.
