I don’ post reviews, but these guys deserve every 5 stars. The prices for checkups, especially the basic one are more than fair. I have not seen any other bike store that has such low prices for bike services. I went on a busy Saturday afternoon and knew from seeing how many bikes they had there to work on, it would take some time. Some lady walks in to drop off her bike to get serviced and says “I need this today”…if you have common sense then that is pretty rude…anyway, the guy (owner?), not sure of his name, was cool about it and actually accommodated her. That already gave me a super great vibe. Then when I come to pick up our bikes (I got the cheap basic service, as the bikes are still pretty new) they didn’t just check the bikes, but they also adjusted, tightened and oiled the moving parts. And the kicker is the bikes were cleaned, I mean like they looked hand polished! Idk man but those bikes were dirty and had a decent amount of mud on them when I dropped them off and I would never have expected for them to be cleaned like that for the basic service but they did it anyway. These guys are super humble, super friendly, and deserve absolutely 5 stars. No wonder they have...
Read moreBicycle Rack is an awesome place. Quality products, customer focused, amazing service, a huge array of bicycle brands are just some of Bicycle Rack's features. Van and Justin are driven to provide each customer with a top-notch experience at each and every visit. Van immediately set me up for a test ride on a Cannondale bicycle. While it had more features than I needed, it gave me my first experience on a Step-thru bicycle. When Justin saw me leaning on the counter, he promptly asked "Do you need a chair?" Thank you Justin! Suffering from lower back pain I have difficulty standing and walking. At age 80 years young, I can ski and ride a bike. Can't wait to receive my new Jamis Explorer A2 model Step-thru bike. I traded in my very old Schwinn World Tourister bike because my feet couldn't touch the ground (guess I'm shrinking) and the crossbar made it difficult to get on/off the bike. Now Van has a bike to sell to a customer looking for a used bike. Thank you so much Van and Justin. I highly recommend Bicycle Rack. Stop in....
Read moreI recently bought an old Raleigh bicycle. Both tires were having cracks due to aging and inner tubes were the old type in which the valves require adapters. And the front tire doesn't hold air for over night. Besides, the chain keeps slipping off due to some derailleur issue. Since I had very nice experience with them a few year ago, although I am living in PA now, I still decided to take the bicycle to Bicycle Rack. They suggested me to replace both tires and said they would take a look at the chain issue. After less than a week, they called me and told me everything was fixed and they fixed the derailleur for free. I pick up the bicycle on Saturday. The bicycle was in an excellent condition and shifting became very smooth. And they charged very reasonable price again. Now I am riding this bicycle every day exercising. Thanks so much, Bicycle Rack, for giving this great bicycle a second life. I will keep going to them for my...
