Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in East Windsor Township

I got really bad food poisoning from here on Sunday, stopped to get an oreo blizzard and nothing seemed off, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the order was complete very quickly, but later that night my stomach felt off, then when I woke up on Monday I had terrible pains in my stomach accompanied by diarrhea which lasted all day so I called out of work, tried working yesterday (tuesday) to not go over well at all as I had the same symptoms and now today (wednesday) had to call out of work again, thinking about going to the hospital to see whats wrong, but all of this from a simple blizzard is crazy. Don't know if it was a fluke or if other experienced this but to miss this much work over a food borne illness is crazy. Not to mention my girlfriend also had some sort of mild allergic reaction, this is why its so important things get cleaned after every use, I used to be a cook and know how crucial sanitization is when dealing around edible items, and now for possible negligence I've missed two and a half days of work in one week. Hope they do better in keeping...

I've been comimg to this DQ location for many years and TODAY was absolutely HORRIBLE, it's Friday afternoon and no one was around. I should have turned around and left as soon as the young man taking my order asked me 3x's in row what I wanted. Then he grabbed a banana boat receptacle, I knocked on the glass and yelled I WANT A BLIZZARD. He then proceeded to ask me 2 additional times what I ordered. There was a young girl standing behind the counter and I asked if there is a problem with this young man she answered..."he's new"... I said OK, maybe you should help him. She proceeded to do what ever she was doing and asked to stand at the next window. I might add there was only 1 other person behind me waiting to order. I will stop by next week and show the fruits of this young mans attempt at making a BLIZZARD. What makes this worse it was for my wife and she is still...

I don't know if today was not a good day for the business but the attitude of one of the girls serving the ice cream was very bad, there were not many people, it was not peak heat hour, they didn't look very much busy but this girl was upset, she served the ice cream badly with everything I said that "I didn't want to". It wasn't just my perception, the people who were behind me then sat at the table next to us and commented the same thing , bad service and terrible attitude from the same girl.

It is necessary to emphasize that she was not the blonde girl from the window, she was very cordial and kind and she also noticed the attitude of her partner.

I don't think I will go again, the ice creams are good but the truth is there are several stores the same brand and one always goes where it feels well attended, that is what differentiates you...
