Planet Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in East Windsor Township

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant, and it deserves to be addressed. Not only was the food mediocre at best, but the way they treat their delivery drivers is beyond unacceptable.

When I arrived to pick up an order, the staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed to go out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. Instead of prioritizing professionalism, they ignored me for several minutes, laughed among themselves, and when they finally decided to acknowledge me, it was with an attitude so disrespectful it felt intentional.

To make things worse, they were unapologetically late preparing the order, and when I kindly asked about the delay, I was met with eye rolls and snarky comments.

This is not how you treat people who are just trying to do their jobs. The lack of respect, poor communication, and complete disregard for basic decency left me stunned. I will be advising everyone I know to avoid this place. There are far better options that value both customers and hardworking...

Was thrilled to know that they would come to my apartment in Plainsboro but that all went left when the driver took forever to deliver the food. Then knocked quickly and put my pizza on the ground and walked off. I called the next day spoke with the owner. Cause I felt disrespected grossed out and angry explained that because of the pandemic that this was being done. But couldn’t anyone explain that beforehand I possible wouldn’t have ordered or picked up. But it’s my decision to make. So anyways spoke to owner. Who made excuses half way apologized and rushed me off the phone told me next time I ordered they would throw something in special. The special throw in was a small instant mashed potato. For this I will drop off turkey pepperoni and go to Maninos downtown Hightstown. I’ve never been disrespected and if they make a mistake they will take it seriously...

1st time ordering a pizza from here and I could kiss the chef. I ordered the special, a large pie with one free topping and you can pay for more toppings if you want and I got pepperoni and fresh garlic, it also came with a 2 litter bottle of soda, I got Barqs root beer which happens to be my favorite root beer. This pizza was so freaking good. They managed to keep the crust crunchy and airy and the bottom firm while having more sauce then most pizzas and the cheese and toppings nicely baked. My friend told me the pepperoni is all beef, and it was DELICIOUS! The pizza had substance while not being sloppy where everything slides off and that takes talent.
