I agree with Alyza and Tia. The one stylist is very racist, for a lack of a better term. She too assumed that I did not understand Spanish too. (I can’t speak, but I can understand). Because my hair was naturally curly and just hitting shoulder length, they charged me $60 dollars after they told me in the beginning that my cost would be $45. She was rough with my hair and had an attitude the whole time she was doing my hair. On the priority list, I was last. She attended to someone who came in 30 minutes after me. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I will definitely not return.

Truthfully, I should’ve listened to the reviews that was put here. It seems like the people who commented that it is a great salons are friends/ family, or LatinX. I will still be in search of a new salon (back to Allentown I go). Unfriendly staff. No customer service skills. I walked in and sat just waiting to be acknowledged. In the end it cost me $40 for a wash and deep conditioner. My hair was only have way dry from under the dryer when i think the owner she took me out. Started to blow out my hair continually burnt me. (And I'm used to getting my hair done in new york every week) worst experience ever. I paid and she didn't smile or look at me. Not even a thank you. I guess they dont need new customers. Who ever goes there, Just dont know better. Just moved here and even though i didn't see any reviews i thought to give it a try since it was a sunday and closer than driving to Allentown. Never again.P S I never wrote a review on anything but...

At first I was hesitant after reading the reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen to what I read. I was in by 3:12 and out by 4:23pm the owner who looks like a teenager was pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to her! My hair came out great! The price was reasonable and my experience was spectacular! I am usually a difficult customer considering my hair used to be long and going to the wrong hair salons and bleaching has shortened it but I was very pleased with my hair! Thanks you so much for being fast and not making me spend my entire day in a hair salon! Also thanks for paying a compliment it takes a beautiful person...
