This is a so called “high end salon” which is only capable of overpricing and not giving you good service! So much bad happened here, Short of writing a book, you will be Most definitely over paying for any service you get here. Not a good color result! Unwilling to accept mistakes and responsibility! Very Bad business ethics… This salon feels justified in requesting a large deposit in advance in case of no shows, however, if you get sick or have any type of emergency situation, you will be out of your $100 deposit! I had an emergency where I was hospitalized and they actually argued with me to keep that deposit, even though I was willing to make another appointment and took the time to call them the day before my appointment. The front desk girl goes by the name of “Sam,” has a friendly enough voice when you call, but in regs to this problem, she insisted on being rude and argumentative. The owner has more excuses than Carter has pills instead of taking responsibility for any mistakes. It’s really important to develop a good relationship with any stylist, trust..kindness, and a mutual respect is critical. Update: It has been almost 9 months since I found POSH and I remain a loyal customer. This is what the name implies, a color studio. Every employee seems to have a niche where they truly excel whether you want amazing vivid fantasy colors or a balayage. They are honest in saying what they can do to your hair without damaging it or how long it will take to get the results you want. The employees seem to do alot of continuing education.
