My wife and I went to this location, we had coupons for buy 2- 12 inch subs for $12. When asked if we could use the coupon, the woman rolled her eyes and hesitantly told us yes. Then takes the order, while taking the order and making the first sandwich, another customer came in for pick up. The woman stopped making the sandwich and went to help the customer that just walked in. Okay fine but,SHE NEVER TOOK OFF HER GLOVES!! Handled the customers food then money/card, returned to make the sandwich. NEVER TOOK OFF THOSE GLOVES!! Sandwich.#2 takes order.but them decides she needs to help her coworker at the register. SAME GLOVES!!! Touching the dirty cash register, touching money, 🤦🏻♂️ at this point I feel she probably wore those gloves all day!! Comes back GLOVES STILL ON, makes the sandwich, and when asked about the dirty gloves she acts like she doesn't understand English. I was totally grossed out! Teach your employees better than that. NEVER go during the day or turn right around when you see the female employee (she might be the owner). She's worthless. The HIGH SCHOOL kids she pays to work at night are much better at customer service than she is.
When I went in - she was screaming loudly on the phone (earpiece in and yelling in another language), didn't acknowledge me, didn't respond verbally when I was giving my order. Then, when I asked for just a little more Mayo - she globbed enough on to flood the whole sub.

The service and the food was very good at this location! It was probably the best Subway sub I have ever had. However, the bathroom situation was frustrating. The women's restroom was out of order, presumably, as there were signs to only use the men's restroom, which was only one room. I waited 20 minutes while someone was in there, and they were either on the phone or watching a video call while I waited, repeatedly asking if they were almost finished.
