Imperial Garden — Restaurant in Easton

I hate this place ever since I moved out here and I order food from here, I speak coming and leaving. Instead of saying hi back I get a “look “ like ok what you want. Then when I say have a goodnight she don’t say anything. So I decided to observe her everytime I come in. Did it for about 2 months, Soon as a white person come in she all smiles and respectable. Not once did I get a greeting. A year later same treatment and I had enough. She got my order wrong and got mad because she had to fix it. I at that point should have walk out and not pay but I don’t like to waste food. I prayed over my food and regret even paying. I hope that people don’t eat here. I didn't even get to order over the phone. The woman picked up with a "hello" so I asked if it was a business... she said, yes. So, I started my order... beef and broccoli combo but no broccoli please. She replies by spelling it out first... "N-O... no." Me thinking she was just repeating what I was saying -no broccoli- I said "right, no broccoli" she then gets louder and spells it out again... "N-O, NO!" Then it clicked that she was telling me no, I couldnt order it that way. My husband heard her while standing next to me... told me to hang up the phone. I was in shock, told her "okay, thanks anyw..." then CLICK, she hung up on me!!! Absolutely RUDE! If you enjoy being spoken to like that, this is your place... if not, don't waste your time...

As a American-mixed Asian, this is a good spot to grab take-out Chinese. They have standard American dishes, Beef, Pork, Seafood & Chicken, basic appetizers, good portions and friendly faces. I’ve visited a few times recently, (I usually order from home) and the woman behind the desk literally came from behind and handed me my bag personally. Twice! She also delivered a bag next door one night to a another working employee in DD I believe. That’s just KIND! That’s not common.
