If you don't read the whole review, because it is long, please see the announcement at the bottom about FREE FOOD (no strings attached). Went out for dinner after a show at State Theatre Center for the Arts, and was NOT disappointed! Everything about our experience was fantastic.! Start to finish, one of the best nights I've had out in a while! We tried a lot of bit, of a lot of things! Portions here are enormous! You will not go hungry! We were not familiar with all of the dishes, but the owner, Saurabh, explained everything in detail and left us with zero questions. You will not waste any of your food either, it's all amazing. We started out with some tostones. Texture and flavor were spot on. Little spritz of the lime to compliment the saltiness of the meat. Next up was the cheese and chicken papusa. Wow. One of my new favorite foods for sure! The fresh house made slaw and tomato sauce toppings were incredible. Seriously, you need to try this. Next up was the baleadas. This thing is massive. I did not add a protein, I just had it loaded. It was absolutely loaded, they do not skimp on fillings here. It was wonderful. Next up was empanadas. These are Columbian empanadas, made with steak meat instead of ground beef. The dough is also a bit different as well, made with cornmeal instead of flour. I got chicken and beef (steak). Both were crispy, filled, and excellent. Next we had the shrimp tacos. These are hands down some of my favorite tacos right now. Stuffed full of well seasoned shrimp, rough chopped (much easier to eat than whole shrimp). The one I had in my takeaway box never made it to the kitchen. It was so good, I had to eat it, it was worth the pain. Lastly in the photos we have the bandeja paisa. This is an insanely massive amount of food. And was fantastic according to my friend. He said the sweet plantains were really good, he enjoyed their texture (I don't eat plantains, so have to take his word lol). We tried a myriad of sauces, they brought every sauce out from the kitchen for us 😂 Every single one is a winner. The house dressings complimented the dishes well. I especially liked the spicy (green) sauce on the shrimp tacos. And the house sauce on anything 🤣 The mint sauce was definitely a contender as well for sure. Not pictured were a pepperoni pizza, yes, a pizza. It was LOADED with pepperoni. My daughter said it was absolutely delicious. Made with real, fresh, cheese and quality toppings. Jose knows what he's doing with a pizza oven for sure. It was a surprise to find in an ethnic restaurant, but they're doing it right for sure. We also got a tiramisu to go. It didn't make it out of the parking lot. Creamy with a super flavorful coffee bottom. Saurabh took me on a tour of his restaurant, and I got to meet the staff, some of the nicest people you will meet! Manuel is doing a little of everything, and he's on his toes for sure! Again, Jose with the pizzas, delicious! The ladies in the back, I did not catch their names, and we had a language barrier, but they were very pleasant, and they make amazing food! THEY GIVE AWAY FREE PIZZA TO THE LESS FORTUNATE!!! If you cannot afford to pay, that's alright! Come in anytime and ask for 2 free slices to go. Done. That's all you have to do. This is a really fantastic thing for our community. We all agreed that we will DEFINITELY be coming back again. I wish I had more papusa 😭😂 Editing to add NEW MENU ITEMS!!! Add wings and garlic knots to the list of outstanding food here! Wings are moist and tender inside, and crispy outside. Over half a dozen flavors, pictured are parmesan garlic, hot honey, and mango habanero. Garlic knots are some of the best around! Sauce...

I had the pleasure of dining at Mi Casa Restaurante in Easton, PA, tonight, and it was an exceptional experience. I ordered the Pupusa, Mini Paisa, and Tostones, and every bite was a delight. The beans were incredibly flavorful, and the chips paired with mayo sauce were an unexpected but delicious treat. The Pupusa with tomato sauce was a standout, with a fresh and authentic taste that made each bite enjoyable. The Tostones were fresh and light, adding a perfect crispy touch to the meal.
The ambience of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed dinner. What truly made the evening special was the gracious hospitality of the owners, Saurabh and Maria. They went out of their way to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable, reflecting a genuine care for their guests. Read moreSo I’ve been looking to find a nice dine in Spanish food restaurant in Easton for quite sometime. My wife and I are in the real estate business and find ourselves dining out often with clients, lenders, etc. She saw this restaurant on her Facebook page on Friday night and told me about it. I saw how they specialized in some Colombian dishes as well as Central American dishes so it definitely caught my eye. Last night which was Saturday I went to the restaurant to try it out with my family. I can honestly say all the food was delicious. I had the Traditional Steak with fried plantains and rice as my two sides. The steaks were seasoned to perfection. My mother also had a steak and my daughter ordered chicken which they loved as well. I met the owners who were great, very sociable and made us feel right at home. The food, atmosphere, and service were all on point. I will definitely be returning here and recommending Mi Casa to my family, friends, and clients...
