I have social anxiety, and it's hard for me to go places in person and have conversations. I just wanted to get a portable charger in person instead of ordering it to my house to step out of my comfort zone. I went to get a charger that was priced at $19.99, but when the lady scanned it, the price was $29.99. I went to get another one to make sure I got the right one, and by then, the lady was busy. I was attended by someone else, so I explained that I got them both from the same spot. She told me it had a different barcode. Told me to go take picture of it. I had already taken a picture of it beforehand to show just in case. She said that someone must have misplaced it. That someone there must have put them in the wrong spot. So I asked if all of them were the same price. Then she said the 2 I brought up were both $29.99. I told her I didn't want those ones and instead of helping me find the one I was looking for she said, "Okay, have a good night." I didn't understand why she acted that way. I just left afterwards because I was embarrassed and kind of offended that she acted like that. I decided to order it to store pick up because I saw that it was available but I don't want to deal with something like that again 🙁

The item would not fit in a car. The rep said let me help.(Kira) we will refund you for the rerun. Your refund will be processed and that is up to your bank can be a billing cycle.This was the help. A simple, sorry for the mistake and how can we make it better? Offer some options. Offer to ship another upon return of the other? Offer to have the delivery asap. Offer a replacement. How about a discount for all the issues encounter

I’m so glad I went to Best Buy to get my new phone! I’ve never been before because I usually get them from the Apple Store directly or go to my carrier, but this time, I went to Best Buy, which was the best decision I’ve ever made! I not only got my new phone, and they had all of the colors, but when I got it, they also gave me a 100-dollar gift card for the future, and it was Black Friday, too! I was in and out but also satisfied! Again, thank you so much, Andrew!! ❤️

I’m so glad I went to Best Buy to get my new phone! I’ve never been before because I usually get them from the Apple Store directly or go to my carrier, but this time, I went to Best Buy, which was the best decision I’ve ever made! Disregard for Telephone Customer Service: Best Buy Eastvale no longer has a customer service phone line. Any attempt to call the store is immediately sent to the national hotline (even if you call the 951 area code number), and any attempts to find details on an order can not be found through the national hotline, causing any user that actually needs to talk to the store to enter an infinite loop.

Best buy is making it hard for me to spend money, which is already an insane sentence to write. My order has been delayed for a week and the national hotline cant confirm with me where this order is or if I should cancel it. As a long time customer of Best Buy and a long term reviewer, I recommend going elsewhere due to a lack of customer outreach.

In store service I have had a fine experience, nothing more nothing less, I don't expect stellar service from a brick and mortar store, but at least have a proper method to contact the store, to verify local data that a regional office cant figure out.

Updated (3/2/25) - The order arrived about 3 weeks late, the staff understood why I would be worried about a lack of feedback, after more than 3 days past its original delivery date. The staff were helpful in informing me the cut off date for the order to auto refund, and that the item was scheduled to arrive around the time of auto cancellation. They also gave me the information I was looking for on why the item was delayed and if there was an equivalent model on the sales floor. Increased from 2 - 3 stars for good in person service, lack of an actual in store customer service line to do this, made me spend about an hour of my time, just to ask questions on something that was not...

Best Buy has changed for the worse! I ordered an oven range online for Black Friday. Ours broke so needed a replacement. Was suppose to be delivered Dec 10th, got an email on the 9th that it was delayed to the 24th - but then got email on the 11th it was cancelled due to it no longer being available. Waited 2 weeks for a delay then another day for a cancel. Now not only are they out of stock but the ovens are no longer Black Friday prices. Called and spoke to a manager and there isn’t another exact comparable model so closed I can do was find something more expensive. After about 4 different attempts with agents on the customer service line over this whole process I got a call back from a manager at last while I was driving and they said they could offer a 100 bucks off a different oven. I said I’d call them back due to me being in LA traffic and they never answered me for three days after getting that managers direct number and leaving multiple voicemails. My attempts to call customer service were met with 2 different case numbers, endless explaining and a loss of the good sales of Black Friday. Worse experience ever and to think I bought all my appliances here for my house in 2018 brand new. I was coming back to them. Even visiting the store and speaking with managers they deflect and are like oh that’s online that’s different we can’t do anything. Can anyone pass the buck further? The lack of easy resolutions has driven me away from this place my Best Buy credit card - now closed - I’m over it - going to elsewhere BB has lost sight of putting the customer first.
