Staff here is not friendly to customers at all. Almost 35 week pregnant and with the size of belly I have, I have to walk very slowly. I needed to find the step stool and when I asked one of the associates to help me locate the item, she was almost walking in a speed of light that I couldn't follow her at all. She literally disappeared in front of my eyes. I just found this very inconsiderate customer service.
Another note is their policy on food item return. No where in-store or online, the policy does not clearly state on "No Food item return". It only states that unsatisfied items can be returned - in my case, it was a food item - and when I asked for full refund or at least store credit, my request was rejected because it is against the policy and the product was not expired. I found the taste of the item a bit abnormal, which in my opinion, it is a legitimate reason to request full refund and who knows if the product was already a defect despite the correct expiration date? They really need to be clear on the food item returns at the time of purchase so that no future customers have to go through the stress that I had...

Read moreCustomer service is nonexistent. I entered a wide open door at 9:27 am. A cashier approached me immediately and asked if I had a card. I told her no thank you, to which she replied, only card members are allowed on until we open. I asked what time they open. 9:30 she replied. The whole exchange took 2 minutes and I was asked to leave at 9:29 am. When they open in 1 minute. It took me a minute to get to the front door. I keep walking. I won't be back. I understand if I'd followed someone in a locked door or even a closed door 30 minutes before store opening, but this door was wide open 3 minutes before actual store opening and I was told to leave...
