Today, my wife and I finished lunch at the restaurant. When we first sat down, we noticed the promo for blazing rewards members that on Tuesdayâs traditional Wings are buy one get one FREE. We order, and when the check comes, it states that the wings were buy one get one 50% off. We asked our server over and explain that we didnât get the promotion. She acknowledged and tried to correct it but was unable, to do so. She then said she would go ask to have her manager correct it. She came back and reported that the manager told her that it must be done in the Buffalo Wild Wings app for reward members for the promo to take effect. We tried this in front of her, and she tried it herself and acknowledged this did not work. After she goes back to her manager again and it doesnât work we ask to speak to the manager. Bre/Bri approaches the table very rudely stating âif your app is not working I canât help youâ. đł Then proceeds to tell me if I donât have any points in my account then it wonât workâŠI tell her your promotion card doesnât state anything about either of those things. It states Must be a Blazing Rewards member Must be used for dine-in only
Both of those criteria were met. She still refused to change the pricing. I mentioned that the same issue occurred during December as members (myself included) were receiving emails saying BOGO FREE but the registers were only making them 50% off and the manager at that time was manually correcting them. Bre/Bri proceeded to me âwell, you canât expect us to do that every timeââŠyes, yes I can. If you donât comply with the terms of your own promotions then youâre scamming people.
Manager Bre/Bri then tells me to make a new account account if I wants the promotion so bad. Again, đł, and then she walks off. Our server, Kirsten, was visibly embarrassed. I scans the QR code on the promotional flyer and create a new account. Again, nothing about the promotion pops up. The manager refused to come back out to speak with us and refused to honor the promotional pricing. It may not be a lot of money to Bre/Bri, but to regular people it makes a difference if something is BOGO FREE or BOGO 50% off.
The server, Kirsten, was very nice and apologetic but was unable to help. The manager Bre/Bri however, Â does have the power to override and help. Disgraceful that she chooses to be rude to her customers or hide in the back when issues arise. If you have printed material on the tables then you should honor them.

We waited thirty minutes for a table even though half the restaurant was empty. Our appetizers came out ten minutes after our meal and only then because we reminded them that we had ordered them. The food was served cold. We never got refills on drinks which ran out before our food even got to the table. The orders were all prepared wrong as well. After the food came out we didn't see our waitress again until she brought the check. The table was wet and sticky when we sat down, and so where the menus. The floor was covered in trash and food. There were no children menus and our waitress spent ten minutes looking for one when we asked. The 'childrens burger' was the same size as the adult burger.
This location has terrible service and terrible management. None of the staff seemed to care about the service at all. Several people waited several minutes or more to put their names in, but there was no hostess present to take them in. Several of them left because they couldn't get anyones attention.
I will absolutely never visit this location again. The last time I attended a BWW I was rudely dismissed by the wait staff who were unapologetic over the fact that they wouldn't give us an estimate for how long the wait was.
I will think twice before pandering to this chain's cheap attempt at customer service.
You live or you die on your reputation in this game, and despite a number of negative reviews in the last six months, it seems little is being done to address the problems at this location.
Given the state of the floor in the dining room, I hope the health inspectors are looking into the kitchen sooner...
   Read moreWaitress took a long time to greet and bring out drink out to us. It was only 2 people in this group keep that in mind. Dinning room was not full at all. Once the food finally came out it was on the warm and colder side. I ask for sauce at the time of ordering and never received when the food arrived. Then our waitress would disappear could not find her to get help. Once I ask for the sauce again never received and again she took a long time to come around. She finally came around but only to let us know her shift is over and a different server will be attending us, at that time I ask again for my sauce. She said okay but what happen did not received it, the new server was never introduced to us, and all the other servers would not even look at our direction so we couldn't even try to get there attention. Finally ask for the manager, she also took a while to come out, and when she finally did guess what she had with her. The freaken sauce we been asking since the beginning of our meal. My boyfriend was already more than half way through his wings and I ate half my buger. But I wanted the sauces in the beginning to enjoy it with my burger not at the end when I'm not even hungry. After talking to the manager explaining what happen she was kind and said she will give us a discount I told her that is not what we wanted but thank you. Then do you think our new server came over to check on us right away. NOPE! It took her another 15 to 20 mins to ask if we need anything else. At that point if she didn't come I was close to walking out, we ask for the check and paid and left. I was very disappointed at the lack of speed and attentiveness they have on customer.
