I'm not sure if women commonly say their favorite store is Home Depot? But its my go-to place when I want to spoil myself. I love the garden center, selection is always tickles me pink. I also am a beginner DIYer, so being able to hold and try the tools before purchases has been eye-opening. Example would be the Dremel4000vsDremel3000. I would have bought the 4000 but testing it out taught me about the 'kickback' and it almost punched me in the face haha I purchase all my cleaners here, and being a Libman fan, I buy thier prouducts here too. Libman is 50% cheaper at home depot than at walmart or even amazon - why?? Thats a rhetorical, because I'm a happy buyer. Haven't been to Home Depot, ladies? Stop buying stupid purses and plant a garden that makes your friends jealous or build a small breakfast station thah keeps your mama-in-law's mouth from spewing toxins. Always purchase and use safety gear and remember that there is a difference between cautiousness and nervousness! If you're too scared of a tool, take your time to get to know it by buying practice wood. I wore my new drill at my hip for a week straight. I also found that it did a better job with my manicure kit's heads than the given tool the heads came with! ;)

I think the manager of this store should be fired! A lot of the setup in this shop is like being deliberately against his customers. I am a contractor who has been to dozens of The Home Depot stores, and only this store gave me the worst experience. First, his loading area was always surrounded by a rope, so trucks could not get close to it, and they did not know where to park each time they loaded. Second, his plumbing was in the plumbing area and the joint was in the garden area. Third, and most importantly, when you need help, most employees will tell you that they are not in charge and will call another employee, but you wait and no one will come. I once bought a lawn mower and waited for at least five employees to call someone for me, but no one came, so it took me two hours before someone came by and was stopped by me to open the lock for me. What a nightmare shopping experience!

Horrible experience with patio door project with Home Depot. NEVER DO IT. We went with Home Depot thinking they were gonna take care of it and be responsible. We paid a 4K door custom design, only to leave a gap in the floor with the new door installed. Home Depot claims that they are not responsible and we gotta figure it out on our own. Along with the condition of the door when it arrived, the door knob had a scratch on it, the door had stains you can’t wipe off. Even the installer mentioned that when he picked up the door it was left outside in the rain and he had to personally wipe it off himself. The top part of the door was also installed off. Too many problems with this door. Very dissapointed. Terrible measuring skills, terrible customer skills, terrible communication between Home Depot, vendor, and customers.

I try not to give out 5-star reviews too easily, but all things considered and taking the entire category of brick-and-mortar home improvement retailers into consideration, I'd give this store location a 4.5/5 (rounded up to 5). The foot traffic can be high here, but the checkout personnel are — for the most part — on point. In fact, I'd overheard that regionally speaking they send new hires for some particular positions to be trained here before they get deployed to the other stores. As for the customer experience itself, this place stands out for several reasons: it's an easy drive, whether off the 15 freeway or for us locals a straight drive down Limonite; there's a driveway near the back (next to the Chase bank) if you want to dodge the traffic that comes with the main ingresses; there's a sizeable parking lot, with plenty of spaces; it's a nice area, and you don't feel an immediate need to lock the doors as soon as you park (but still, be safe out there, can't be too careful these days); there's not a lot of loitering or potential laborers camped around. That said, everyone has different preferences, so if you like long lines and cramped spaces (those of you who prefer shorter walks will technically be in luck here) the Madison store may be more to your preference. They've got an In-n-Out there and everything, but oh boy do you have to be a sucker for lines for you to hit up both of these places in the same trip (there goes the whole day!). All in all, given the same relative distance or drive time, I always choose to go here rather than the other...

Thank you very much for f*ing us over your so-called project loan card. You people are a bunch of scammers. After me and my wife got sold to the sweet deal of the project loan card, we then applied for one. After that, we ask for an appointment for a backyard landscaping estimate. They told us that someone would call us back to set an appointment. To make the long story short, we agreed with the estimate, juggled our options according to the credit limit that the home depot project loan approved us for, dealt with our HOA, and had the landscaping project started with this guy that the home depot sent to our house. Here’s where it started going downhill... We were trying to pay this landscaping guy but the project loan card isn’t working. We were then informed by the home depot call-center to pay at the home depot store. Lo and behold... they told us that we can’t use the home depot project loan card to pay the landscaping guy who they(home depot mira loma) sent to our house in the first place. What’s worse???... The manager, JAVIER, told us that the reason we cannot use the card is because the landscaping guy is a 3rd party sub-contractor. That it was a mistake of whoever it is that facilitated the appointment, that I’m still trying to track down because I can’t remember the name but I remember the face, and that there’s nothing they can do. So now we’re up to pay $8000 upfront for landscaping, that we thought we were gonna pay for 3 years without interest because of the useless, project loan card. Thank you very much for your so-called,...

Just left this Home Depot and will never go back to this location again. Customer service manager Jackie was outrageously rude. We bought a Milwaukee shop vac which came with a free battery which was posted on a sign right next to the shop vac section. When we went up to the cashier we let him know and also showed him a picture of the sign. The customer serive manager Jackie walked over didn't acknowledge us in anyway and was making accusations as to whether the battery was free or not. She again did not acknowledge us but told the cashier to make sure it was free. Even after I showed her the picture of the sign. We still did not receive an acknowledgement. Any one who is in customer service should realize you are there for the customer. This woman has no business being a customer service person let alone a manager. Her rudeness and effortlessly flawless ways on being anti customer were on point i'll give her that. She has succeeded in making the customer feel as though they are being accused of stealing something that is right on a sign. I personally think she is racist against Hispanics since my husband had tattoos he must be stealing. Sad fact is she should know the effects of racism being that she was of African American race. Little does she know we are pro members and residential members who spend more money at home depot than the average customer. I will be calling corporate because this was...
