The check in process is atrocious at security. Then after arriving for the pick up appointment, a bit early, they said I’d have to wait until 8am, the appt was for 7am. So much to my surprise when the person at the counter pushed me “to the back of the line” when I said “your company said the pick up is at 7am”. Not shockingly, the trailer was ready to go.

Getting out was a hassle. If you’ve already cleared the trailer to leave, why do I need to talk to security to have them call dispatch for your company to clear it again?...

For truck drivers there is simply no worse place to go and try to conduct business. Start with the line to check in at the security gate, it takes for ever per truck. Their personnel is totally lacking the desire to be efficient and productive. Then the cherry on top. The woman at receiving window is dishonest arguing drivers are late knowing full well their checking in procedure is pathetic to put mildly. September...

Terrible check in process & terrible customer service. The dude took out all my pallets then when I realized I told him that’s not yours it’s for another stop he then tells me why i didn’t tell the lady up front ! Like why would I need to do that if you have a manifest with the amount of pallets that belong to you he then got in his feelings and took an extra hour to sign my paper . Can’t wait for trump to...
