Customer service was lacking! For a first time customer, I asked the woman taking orders for recommendations & she just asked which one I wanted to order. Once I placed my order, she said she would bring me my order. There is no indoor seating right now, but they have outdoor seating & a fireplace. I waited 30 minutes before I finally walked to the door again to ask about my order & there it was sitting on a table by the door getting cold. Nobody bothered to let me know my order was ready or bring it to my table which is 20 feet away. They weren't busy, only 2 others dinning outside. So it's not like they were slammed. The food tasted good but the fried food was a little soggy from sitting. The noodle bowl was tasty but small for $13.50. I had the same situation as well I got my ramen but my mom ordered sushi I was basically done it was almost 30 mins as well until she asked to check and the sushi guy said it will be awhile and to just order the ramen to get it quicker. No restaurant should prioritize online orders thatās ridiculous. Ramen is good though and will get that pretty quick! So advice do not order sushi you will be sitting forever to get it not worth it. Basically providing service like chickens š without theirs heads.
