I visited this Starbucks on March 13, 2023. I ordered a Caramel Cream Brulee' Frappuccino. When I received my drink I noticed what appeared to be chocolate in my drink. I asked the girl if there was chocolate in my drink. She said yes. I told her that I've ordered this drink numerous times before and there has never been chocolate in it. I asked her to remake my drink. She turned around and used the lid to remove as much chocolate as she could but she did not remove it all. When she gave me back my drink I told her there was still chocolate in my drink. I told her that my concern was that I'm allergic to chocolate and can't consume it. She said oh with a smirk and remade my drink. When she returned my drink I noticed that more than a quarter of my drink was whip cream and caramel. I really didn't want the drink after the careless mistake. Another person came to the window and I expressed my concerns with him. He said he was a supervisor. I could not believe that they would add ingredients that are not listed for the drink I ordered anywhere. They need to know that allergies are not a game and it requires people like me to "over care" about the littlest things like chocolate. Please make the drinks with the ingredients listed. Please care a little more about your job. Please take people who are spending $5.45 or more on a drink...
Read moreThe shifts supervisor (heidi) was amazing She provied great customer service by letting me know she will be taking care of me. She explained that unfortunately the double shot expresso on ice is older drink that not everyone knows how to make. A few times now one of the employees left the foam rather than scooping it and topping off the drink accordingly. I am aware that there is a little foam but 2 inches is far too much. I have never been the one to complain about such things. However, I kick start my morning almost every day with the coffee at Starbucks when my drink is not made to my liking it's a bit discouraging. I cannot explain how I feel when my drink is made as I am used too, I have been drinking this drink for years now and it is beyond satisfying to see the difference in comparison regular coffees. This coffee is darker and stronger which is why I drink it. I am beyond satisfied with the way Heidi handled my complaint! I would like to add the staff is always great. Read moreNOT my first issue regarding customer service here, but it was my breaking point. Went through the Drive-thru, One car at the window already in front of me. Waited 20 minutes for them to get what looked like a cup of water and a tea. The whole time waiting trying to get payment to load on my card. Got to the window and kept trying, was told the service is bad. So I asked what do I do if my payment doesn’t load? I have to leave after waiting? I had some money on my card but just not enough to cover my $5 and change drink. Mind you I have a crying infant in the car, I know he can hear AND see. I was then told to park and come inside to try and get it to work, so after the 20 minutes waiting for the ONE car in front of me with a crying baby and now this, I ended up just driving off. No way I was going to lug my baby in and out of the car for this and to not even know if it would work inside if it’s not working right at the window? Horrible customer service.
