I needed to send flowers for a funeral that was two hours from my home. Upon the recommendation of the funeral home, I contacted Rouse Flowers, and I was very happy with the arrangement they sent for me! John who I spoke with, was very professional and kind; and put together exactly what I was hoping for! Might I say even better than expected?! I cannot say how pleased when I went to the Peduzzi funeral today how pleased I was with my purchase from Rouse florist! I have had horrible experiences of ordering from out of town florist that I found on line. Wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that I ordered from Saturday afternoon . He calmed my concerns & helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Today when my husband & I went to the funeral home, I could not have been more pleased. Thank you for now once again making me believe in finding great florist online. Totally recommend them....

Rouse’s Flower Shop Is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. They spent time with me to choose exactly what I wanted to send my sympathy’s to a family. By mistake I Gave them a delivery address that was not correct. Not only were they very understanding about the incorrect address but made several calls for me to find the correct address and did whatever they could to help me with my delivery!
