Update I was so pleased that chapter studios reached out to me and invited me back to review my results and talk about solutions from my initial service. Working in high end hospitality, I understand that not every time is going to be perfect, but it is all about the recovery. My same nurse practitioner that I had the first time was the one who greeted me. Once in her room, she examined my face, and I shared photos as well. she determined to re-do the problem areas with Botox instead of the Xeomin and told me to reach out in two weeks. I am happy to say the results are a lot better then the first time! My nurse was so kind and truly sincere about wanting me and all of their clients to be 100% happy with their results. she shared that their team takes all feedback seriously, and thanked me for coming back for another chance to make it right. I want to applaud this team for their prompt recovery, and you have certainly turned my experience around!
original post I would like to first state how kind my nurse was, and the environment is welcoming and pretty. I have received Botox and dysport for years, but have never tried massager Botox because of the potential hefty price tag due to the amount of units needed for results. I saw an ad for chapters new client rate, and thought it would be a good time to finally try masseter tox to get relief from TMJ pain. During my intake, I let my nurse know about my history with tox, and how many units I usually get. At chapter, you have a choice between Botox and a tox product, Xeomin. I asked what she recommended, as my facial muscles are strong, and I like a more āfrozenā look, and she recommended the Xeomin, stating āmost patients seem to get stronger and faster results.ā Taking her advice, I got 40 units in my jaw, and and 32 units in my forehead, brows and around my eyes. This is the most tox I have ever received. I was extremely disappointed when after two weeks, I still had almost the same amount of movement than before I got the Xeomin, and the slight relief I got in my jaw, was fleeting. After spending 700 dollars on this, I was disappointed to read reviews about the over diluted product that chapter may be using. I called to cancel my membership, explaining how I felt that Xeonin should Not have been chosen for me, and that I still had a ton of movement in my face. When I explained to the receptionist about my experience and why I was canceling,Instead of trying to offer a solution, she simply stated, ā I get that.ā There was not even an attempt to try to make this right. Again, nothing wrong with the people, but the business practices are less to be desired. 700 dollars is a lot of money to have literally nothing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I started visiting Chapter EP for filler & botox/xeomin, I'd been bouncing around after having sub-par experiences at several other clinics in the Twin Cities area. As someone who is fairly young I often found that my areas of concern weren't taken seriously or I was told "we don't do filler in that area," I was often not offered numbing and procedures were quite painful, or I ended up with a lot of swelling and bruising after I am happy to say that my experiences with Chapter over the past several years have been quite different. I can't say enough about Micah as a practitioner - she is an incredibly talented aesthetic provider but also extremely knowledgeable medical professional, and on top of that, she's incredibly sweet and kind, and I am always amazed how much she remembers about me even though I only see her a couple of times a year max. It's not a ton of fun getting needles poked in your face but honestly chatting to Micah makes it a lot more enjoyable. I do think that their membership plan is worthwhile as well, particularly if you're someone whose needs are on the lower end of the spectrum. I particularly enjoy Micah's services as she's never pushy about adding extra stuff and very responsive to budgetary concerns. If something won't be beneficial to you, she'll tell you. I've been happy with my results and I'll be continuing to be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will say I was super nervous given some of the previous reviews however I will say the staff was super friendly and super knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had. They educated me about the membership program and I really didnāt feel pressured to buy that day like some other reviewers had mentioned. I appreciated them telling me their opinions so that I could make the best decision for myself. They do have a Tip section on the card reader at checkout but my understanding is that you donāt tip on a medical service. I have confirmed this w other medical professionals regarding these procedures. That was probably the only issue I had but the receptionist did explain it is more for the aestheticians who perform the facials. The store is super cute and welcoming and I loved looking around. I would recommend this place. (Should I run into any future concerns I...
