Spent a good amount of time making sure all of the clothes I brought in were steamed and well folded and organized. When I picked them up I was beyond disappointed in how they handled the items they didn’t take. ZERO care taken. Really unfortunate. Two of the thin delicate sweaters I brought in that were in great condition now have pulls on them which is why I feel compelled to take the time to write this review. I’m guessing because they were thrown into a bin with some shoes when I specifically had all of my delicate items separated. People spend a lot of time getting their items nicely put together to bring to your store to try to sell. Just because you don’t want them doesn’t mean you should ball them up and throw them into a bin carelessly like they are trash. Beyond rude. You work at a clothing store and should know how to fold items. I’ve had great experiences at this location before when the owner was in. But this experience was totally different. Staff was not friendly and almost seemed annoyed when I came in to sell. I did finally get a hello from one of the women working after my 3rd trip to my car when I was picking up my items that were not purchased - seemed super odd/delayed but she may have been working with a customer until then and at least she made an effort to be friendly. I’d recommend the owner make sure her staff is being friendly and taking care of customer’s items when she is not able to be in the store. Will be shopping resale and taking my items to sell somewhere else going forward as i’m beyond bummed that some of my items have been damaged and so many are wrinkled...

The environment is clean and well organized, the employees are welcoming, friendly, engaging and helpful. Thao is my girl; most of the girls know me by name, but Thao always checks in on my life outside the store plus She's always ready to help me find the preselected items I throw in my online cart too. They pay you on the spot for your items (cash or store credit) while politely explaining if your passed on items are the wrong season or something others may not be searching for. Their in stock clothing is always clean and gently used while also be in season and on trend. They also get amazing designer bags and resell at fantastic prices. I love a good consignment shop, and found this one while touring the plaza next to where I was getting my car's oil changed. I was welcomed upon entering, and after browsing for a few minutes, a very nice woman named Nancy came over to ask if I needed any help finding anything. I told her what I was looking for, and it's like she became my personal stylist! She went through every rack of clothes for me, checked clearance first, sent me to the dressing room, and was always coming back with more great finds! I ended up with two cute tops that she picked out and a dress off a mannequin. A lot of times I don't ask for help when I'm clothes shopping, but I'm glad I did here! The clearance stuff was incredibly low-priced for the brands they sell, and the dress that I got was regularly priced at only $12!
