Date of Visit: 12/2/2019 approx. 7:30AM - Received wrong order (cinnamon bun bites instead of hash brown potatoes) & crunchwrap wasn't flat - it was as if they rolled a really fat chipotle-style burrito and threw it on the grill that way. Totally bizarre!! This location definitely needs re-trained.

Date of Visit: 10/21/2018 approx. 12:20PM - I am shocked at the way we were treated at this Taco Bell location. We walked in and up to the counter. The clerk greets us with, "Cash or card?" We respond, "Excuse me, what did you say?" She states condescendingly, "AH SAID, CASH ER CARD?" My fiance states, we'll be paying with a card. She points at the kiosks and walks away from the counter. We turn around and begin to look at the kiosk, as this is the first time we have visited a Taco Bell where you placed your order yourself. As we are ordering on the giant electronic tablet, an older gentleman walks into the store and the same clerk tells him that he has to order at a kiosk. He explains that he's not comfortable. The clerk states, "Well, then you'll have to pay cash because I only take cash orders." After we finish ordering at the kiosk, we take a seat. We wait 10-15 minutes, wondering why our Taco Bell order is taking so long. We go up to the counter and they say, "Are you missing something from your order?" We state, "No, we never received the order, we're checking to see how much longer it will be." The clerk says, "Well, do you have a receipt?" The kiosk didn't print one for us. The clerk then asks us what we ordered, and we told her what we thought we remembered ordering. She said she had no order for us. We check our bank account online and can see that a $15.45 order went through at Eden Prairie Taco Bell. How could the order have been charged to the credit card, but not have been received by the store and completely missing from their "Receipt Look-Up" thing? We ended up having to go next door to Wendy's because we refused to pay again for our meal. This is the last time we'll be visiting Taco Bell unless they allow us to order from a clerk again - definitely won't be using kiosks. Side note... the clerk muttered, "Stupid ratings, stupid people" as I was taking photos of the store to post on this...

I wish I could give it zero star’s instead of one. After my experience at this Taco Bell I’m never coming back. On 11/29 at 12:39pm I placed in order on the Taco Bell mobile app I ordered Nachos Bell grande Combo, Crunchwrap Supreme and a Beef Burrito. I arrived five minutes after I placed my order on the app for Drive-through I waited 15 minutes almost 20 minutes because there was a slow line. When I arrived to the speakerphone I told them that I had in order for Drive-through the lady then proceeded to say ”When don’t have in order for Drive-through for you sir.” So I’m all confused at this point. So I pull up to the window and show them the confirmation number for my order, they still say we don’t have an order for you. I processed to drive so I wouldn’t hold up the line behind me, I enter the store disappointing and telling them that I had In order for Drive through. They still decline my request for my order and I verified the address of the store and the confirmation number and I gave them, my receipt on my phone. They still declined my order request has if I was lying to them. They said there was nothing they can do, are you serious!? After waiting for my food for 20 minutes and given you my phone receipt you can’t do nothing about it!? Also the worst thing about it I got charged for the food that I didn’t receive. So basically this location likes to steal customers money right!? The employee maybe the manager ask me if I would like to order from my receipt but then I would be charged at the counter. Why would I reorder my request if I was charged on the app that’s me paying double for a order that I didn’t receive. That’s very disrespectful from the manager trying to make me pay double for my food. After that conversation I walk off with no order in my hands. Ladies and Gentlemen do not waste your time here an spending your money at this Taco Bell, go to a Chick-fil-A where once you receive your order they will charge you, not you didn’t receive your order will still charge you whether you...

I rarely write negative reviews. However, I can only be burned so many times before I go Karen mode. I am so fed up with this Taco Bell location. Normally, my orders are fine with small things wrong (like me asking for sauce and not getting it, or not taking off tomatoes when I requested it off). That’s fine, I can handle it. What I can NOT handle is the fact that the past 2 times I have ordered from this Taco Bell location, there were two 3-cheese chicken flatbread melts in my order. 1 each for my boyfriend and I. 2 weeks ago when we ordered these, we placed a pickup order through Grubhub. We waited 40 minutes for our order which was a whole separate ordeal (they just straight up forgot to make the order and we had to ask about it after waiting for 30 minutes, then took another 10 to make), and we go home to eat. Guess what’s missing? both of our 3-cheese chicken flatbread melts. That’s okay, I’m annoyed but whatever. Tonight we look on Grubhub and I say “you know what, I’m craving a 3-cheese chicken flatbread melt. Let’s do delivery, that’s normally quicker than pickup.” We order for delivery on Grubhub and our food gets here really quickly. We open the bag, I’m so excited to ease my craving. But… what’s that? BOTH OF OUR 3-CHEESE CHICKEN FLATBREAD MELTS ARE MISSING!!! Is this a sick joke to these employees? Do they not know how to read? How on gods green earth do we place an order with two 3-cheese chicken flatbread melts 2 weeks apart, AND BOTH TIMES THEY ARE MISSING!! GONE!!!! I’m actually so sick to my stomach because I can’t trust these people to get anything right any more. I worked at Taco Bell for years and know that things get missed and messed up, but this situation and what your employees have put me through is DIABOLICAL and I hope they get a grip and make me my ^{%[#]^}{ 3 CHEESE CHICKEN FLATBREAD MELTS WHEN I ORDER...

Walked in at breakfast time- 9:30. Stood up front to order and the employees just looked at us without saying a word and never came up to take an order. Oh, got it. We're supposed to use the self-order station behind us because nobody is coming to take our order. There were at least 5 employees working. They called our name and we went to get the order which was 5 items, 3 food, 2 coffees. Only the food was on the tray. Had to ask for the coffees. And, we had to tell them what the coffee orders were. There were no other orders inside when we arrived and there were no cars in the drive thru. While we sat there, another party came in and waited up front. Nobody came to take their order until they hollered for someone to come up. Food was good. Service is very lacking.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for over 20 years (which probably warrants some sort of epiphany on my diet). But I am amazed that their service has ALWAYS been impeccible. Everytime, every order is correct and I'm never missing items from my drive thru order. Fast Food service around EP Center tends to be good in general, but this Taco Bell has been extremely consistent. Normally, when I go, I'm there around dinner time, but today I went for lunch. The service was just as good as always.
