Stopped into buy a couple pair of Urban jeans/ a shirt and my wife bought her cloths. Didn't have my size jeans in stock (36/34. Says they run out of them alot! Hey I know-how about ordering less of the non sellers and more of the popular sizes!) After checking out my wife's clothes the cashier sent us to the kiosk to order the jeans. The manger TOM came by and helped us place the order, BUT it would not take the 15% off coupon. He said I grabbed the wrong coupon and I asked if there are any other coupons good right now? He said NO. We placed the order and went home and sure enough there was a 15% off coupon good for the day we ordered. So I go back to the "Service counter" the next day and ask to get the 15% off. She said if the order has been processed to wait till the package arrives so it doesn't interfere in the delivery. OK. So the jeans are delivered and I take my original receipt / 15% off coupon and the delivery shipment receipt back into the service deck. Now this is my third trip there. Once to buy and two more trips to get my silly 15% off. Now she says (this is the same lady) we usually don't honor the coupon after the fact. REALLY!? Well do something. So she did end up giving me the 15% off. THIS IS WHY I HATE DEALING...
Read moreEvery time I come to the store, I hope that this time it will be different. But every time, it's the same insanity. I have the Kohl's app where I load all of my coupons that are available. I ask the cashier to scan it, then I get a hard time from them because they seem to think all the coupons only apply to credit card customers. That is simply not true. So every time, I have to explain to them I got this via email because I'm part of the Kohl's rewards program. Then they look at me confused, and ask where I got the coupon, as if I'm trying to rob the store. Then I have to listen to the rhetoric once again, about "do you want to apply for a credit card?" No, I just want you to scan my stuff and stop making this so complicated!!
Please train your cashiers. This has happened at least four times and I'm so sick of it. I would much prefer to shop online, but I literally have to try...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I made the apparently heinous mistake of going into the changing rooms which do NOT specify gender because the other changing room(only two stalls in the men's section) was full of women changing; ironically. Because of this error a representative berated us repeatedly raising her voice and before we could even respond called out for a manager. Who proceeds to rush over to tell us to leave the changing room. This all took place in less than two minutes as we rush to leave the initial attendendant proceeds to swear under her breath at us. My boyfriend was just trying on pants in an otherwise empty changing room.
It's one thing to tell us we were breaking a rule that's understandable but there was no need to treat us in such a manner that has all but cemented we will never be back to this location and will be telling others to...
