Been a customer at this specific potbelly location for over 10 years since I was in HS working at the mall. It never disappoint from service and food. I never have a 2nd thought of going to any other location or sandwich shop.
I’m a patient customer and with times like this, I try my best understanding employee difficult time of being so busy and under staffed. I always treat any employee anywhere with respect, and if I have not in any way then I’ll own up to that. Unfortunately, Gloria really ruined that image of this Potbelly for me. First and second occasion were in store as I always order my sandwiches the past 10 years with everything on it. She snicker and rolled her eyes saying “urghh you know how difficult that is?” Similar saying during the 2nd time but I didn’t give any reaction both times because I got what I wanted.
Fast forward a week later, I called to place my order for a quick pick up. I needed a few sandwiches and soup order but after I place my order of the 2nd or 3rd she hung up the phone.
It is not my intention to make it more difficult for your chain to run, but this is simply a review from a faithful customer. I wish you the best getting more staffs and possibly some review training on customer service once in a while.

My order was 45 minutes late, a portion of which was because the driver left it with the front desk security in my building, but the delivery driver never called my cell phone. When I called the Potbelly store to complain I was never offered an apology or acknowledgement of the poor experience. I would start to explain the situation, get 20 seconds in, and the staff literally would hand the phone to someone else. The third time I was passed yielded the biggest jerk (important in his own mind) manager. He rudely cut me off, asked if I wanted a refund, and then as I tried to tell him no one ever once apologized for the experience, he hung up on me.
AVOID THIS STORE. There are so many other tasty and affordable lunch options that know how to treat customers well and appreciate their business, why would you waste a moment considering Potbelly in...
Read moreI went to this Potbelly today. The lady at the counter was rude. When I was paying for the sandwich and drinks I wanted an empty cup. I wanted to ask the lady at the register if I could take an empty cup. But she walked away for a second . So I asked to this guy who was putting toppings on the sandwich. He was polite but this rude women yelled at me across the room to cut the attitude and can’t I see she was busy. Totally inappropriate and disrespectful behavior towards any customer. The other lady at the register came back , apologized for the rude behavior of this girl and offered me a free cookie I refused the cookie and then another employee apologized too on their rude workers behalf. But not a word from this worker and she was not talked to. So two older employees apologized for her but that employee just stood there. I’ll never go back to this pot belly. Plenty of options in...
