I can’t more passionately recommend this tremendous Hampton Inn. I’ve stayed at countless properties over the years, rarely if ever have had a bad experience, but it is rare that service and expectations are exceeded to a level where you will remember a stay or experience at a hotel. Most blend together. There are two recent exceptions for me. The first is the Hilton Property I stay at multiple times a year in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ (managed by the awesome Brandy Brown). However this property is the epitome of going above and beyond when it comes to hospitality and running a hotel perfectly and treating guests like they are family. This Hampton in EP, MN just like Scottsdale is a prime example of amazing above and beyond hospitality and treating guests exceptionally. Scott Eisensch runs this property phenomenally and is a rockstar when it comes to managing hotels. I stayed here in November and I was back here just 48 hours ago for another tremendous 3 night stay. Scott’s motto is that he is not fully happy unless his guests and customers are happy. Scott has an incomparable group of leaders including Devon, Jordan, And Michelle who must all be recognized for their exceptional efforts and taking hospitality/taking amazing care of guests to the next level. These folks I outlined above are in a far superior category of their own with their expertise and that comes from leadership like Scott Eisenach. Scott is the type of GM who will personally call guests ahead of their stay especially during a pandemic to make sure they got the right room they requested and ask if they need anything additional to make their upcoming stay memorable. This group of rockstars genuinely is excited to have their regulars back and they take pride in going the extra mile. If you want to stay at a Hampton Inn or any hotel for that matter during this pandemic and have the safest and cleanest and stress free experience possible-choose Scott’s Hampton Inn here in EP. I promise you, the tremendous Jordan, Michelle, and Devon will take amazing care of you and will just go the extra mile. The rooms are sanitized fully and sealed and in the advice of Scott-if you care about staying safe-only choose properties like this that partner with Lysol and disinfect every part of the room, remote and everything. The rooms will be completed disinfected and sealed prior to your arrival. Since communal breakfasts is not in the cards during Covid times-this incomparable team of awesome folks goes above and beyond to stock the room up with coffee, tea, housekeeping items, etc so you don’t have to come downstairs literally at all. The property is entirely new and situated on picturesque Lake Idewald, if you enjoy typical evening walk/runs, you will be elated, b/c this hotel is built facing the lake and has a short bike path/gravel path that surrounds this small and beautiful lake. Most importantly this is a kind and genuine staff that will make your stay exceptional and your experience memorable. Scott, Michelle, Jordan, and Devon will go the extra mile to take fantastic care of you. They finally and thank god for this mandate and require masks at all times, they place safety first and foremost. Any non maskers are not allowed, b/c the motto here is to keep everyone safe and healthy. In fact Scott has signage up at all entrances that detail “masks are required for entry”.He also has signs up that state “our happy guests make us happy.” I had the pleasure of staying here in November for three amazing nights and one of the foremost reasons I returned to Eden Praire this week was because I knew especially during a pandemic and even during non Covid times, this phenomenal group of excellent staff-Scott, Jordan, Michelle, and Devon would make a long stay awesome. I can’t wait to return for two upcoming multiple three night stays, one just myself again and one right after that where we will be booking multiple rooms! Thanks Scott & team, corporate-plz recognize this...
