Niko Niko Boba — Restaurant in Eden Prairie

I’ve been here about 5 times in the last 2 years or so. It started excellent and slowly started going downhill.

Today the workers there weren’t nice or respectful at all. Your given a stare that channels “i don’t like my job”. The dine in area is messy and dirty.

I’ve been getting the Ube Crème Brûlée many times and today was just 🚮. It was just milk and nothing else. You barely tasted Ube and everything else was barely there. My wife tried the mango créeme brûlée and i also had that in the past and also was very weak. I’m very sure the level of the drink depends on the workers. Today was a confirmation.

We love Niko Niko as our top bubble tea place, however, this specific location in Eden Prairie is very strict on modifying orders. I asked if they could not include the cream on top of the Ube, but they said they're not allowed to do that. I went to the other Niko Niko in Minneapolis and asked if they're allowed to do it there or if it's just an EP thing and the guy looked at me and was like, "oh yeah for sure we can do that for you". He thought it was very odd EP does not let customers alter drinks. So do I. Very odd. Anyways great place...

Honestly, I really disliked that Chatime is in the direct center, of the downstairs level of the mail. I wish it were easier to access by one exit, instead of ah ing to walk through half the mall to pickup my order. Then when I got home, my order was made wrong. I got pearls and coffee jelly and only got a tonnn of coffee jelly, eh I h I was hoping they would give me slightly extra pearls and top with coffee jelly :’) anyway I called in and got a refund for the one drink made wrong of the 2 but still, my soul is hurt and my gut is...
