Greek Grill & Fry co. — Restaurant in Eden Prairie

Experience - I came during a slow time in the evening. My shopping experience brought me to the food court where the restaurant is located and I was wanting to try something unique. I wasn’t all that hungry so I ordered a gyro kid’s meal. It was priced around $8 and included the gyro meat, a half pita, fries and a small drink. The food came out relatively quickly. Overall the food was fresh and what I thought was a generous portion for a kids meal.

Food - The gyro meat was savory and tender. The pita bread was warmed and not stale. The fries were well seasoned, appropriately crispy, and freshly prepared. I’m not a fan of thaziki sauce but i tried it and it did taste good.

Staff - The young man who took my order was friendly and courteous.

Ambiance - The mall is well lit and has a cozy feel. Comfortable seating. Fireplace was a nice touch. Several families with children enjoying dinner.

Overall, a pleasant experience and a definite meal option...

I've been accustomed to visiting the location at the gas station where the food was always appetizing & pleasant. Today, I visited Eden Prairie Center, terrible gyro sandwich excessive sauce on sandwich & the meat was chopped, I would like the address to the gas station for further visits. This location EPC is worse than Pappy's, which I no longer visit. I will not return to this location, I can't find the location at the gas station. I also asked the guy was it as good as the gas station , and he replied yes, didn't come close , I've been eating gyros over 40yrs & never experienced...

Ordered the Lamb Shawarma. The wrap was nice and thin, good flavor, Liked it as I don’t like allot of bread on sandwiches. The veggies(tomatoes, onions) were nicely grilled, still crunchy, not soft or over cooked. The sauce was alright, it was mild, no distinct flavor. I would have liked more flavor/spice. I am giving the sandwich this a two as the lamb meat had allot of fat and it was grizzly, very few tender pieces, the sandwich included a lot of lamb meat. It was hard to eat when I had to pull out all the grizzle and fat. I would NOT order lamb again, I would stick with...
